We had a good sized, clean room overlooking the promenade. Our outside balcony was a good size and great for relaxing. The breakfasts and diners were excellent and the wait staff so accommodating and polite and friendly. The only downside was it was somewhat noisy at night, the wifi did not work. There was not safe in the room so... More

My friend and I were 2 of a group of 22 staying for 6 nights half board. We were lucky and had large adjoining rooms overlooking the promenade and sea. The rooms were well appointed, the bed comfortable and the bathroom more than adequate. Everything was very clean. The bar and dining room staff were pleasant and helpful but reception... More

We loved this hotel! A boutique hotel surrounded by shops, the beach, restaurants and even a laundry a couple of blocks up. Our room was well cared for during our 10 day stay and the hotel is very clean, convenient and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The beach is across the street and everyone in the hotel bent... More

A lovely hotel with beautiful public areas, a lovely garden with an unusual and better than usual pool. Breakfast was OK and the dinners looked great - but! We booked in here having decided that the original hotel we had booked (near Praiano) had been miss sold to us. The staff were a bit of a mixture with a very... More

Tour groups get the worst of the worst rooms here. Reception struggled to promptly check everyone in. The sole porter struggled with all the bags, many resorting to taking their own bags in. One small lift is ridiculous. Floor tiles in room, broken, unstuck and cracked. Decor very old and dirty looking. Shower curtin filthy around bottom. Room door would... More

We just spent a week at the Amalfi Coast at this hotel. Very nice experience. Good service, nice facilities, and close to everything. Great starting point for trips along the coast and to Capri, and trips into the mountains just behind the town.

Stayed at this hotel with my Husband in July as part of a coach touring holiday. We were a bit concerned prior to arrival going by some of the reviews as it seemed that tour groups were'nt given the best of rooms so we were'nt expecting much. However we couldnt fault our room at all. Very spacious with the biggest... More

the hotel restaurant food and staff were good with a couple of stars who made the evening meal with some simple but effective rapport. The hotel staff were generally average with a very occasional poor i.e. in my absence my wife and daughter were left to lug their bags down the steps when there were staff around. The hotels policy... More

On first viewing this hotel appears frozen in time. Expensively fitted and decorated but some time in the late seventies. However do not be put off by this because it's a really well appointed and staffed hotel. The best rooms are sea facing and the higher up the better to reduce noise but to be honest it's not a particularly... More

This is easily the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed in. The reception was chaotic and the receptionist surly. One very small lift only big enough for 2 adults with cases meant getting to our room took ages, we were advised to use the staff service lift which was no bigger and left us a flight of 10 stairs...
