We stayed for 10 days over Easter skiing. The service was friendly - for example on the day we arrived we did not get in until 10.30 pm and the kitchen was closed, however the staff made us the most delicious salad and made us feel very welcome. Although it was snowing on our arrival, we were given a warm welcome. We had no view from our balcony for 2 days because of the weather. On the third morning the view from our balcony revealed the most spectacular view of the Brento Dolomiti and a snow-clad forest - truly breath-taking. Lovely skiing. Stayed for 5 nights. Absolutely tremendous family run hotel with very high quality standards, service and food. I understand the hotel was recently renovated. It was done beautifully. Still retains a mountain chalet charm but with first class fixtures, etc. The rooms are outstanding. Very comfortable and warm, plus generous bathrooms and private balconies.
