Great hotel with recent expansion/refurbishment, friendly owners and staff, and a quiet location just steps away from everything Madonna di Campiglio has on offer. Overall an inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home, as much as one can in a hotel of course ;-) My wife and I stayed seven nights while we enjoyed a week of hiking. Francesco... More

We are now regular visitors to this hotel and this resort. We have stayed in numerous resorts and hotels in the Alps over the past 25 years. We prefer smaller Family owned and managed hotels. The hotel Diana is distinguished by its excellent food and the general ambience created by friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciate the spa facilities after a hard... We had a very nice week at the hotel due to all facilities but also to friendly staff. We had a small room but the snow conditions were incredible. Consequently we have enjoyed Madonna. The spa is very nice with all needed facilities. The hot tub has a very nice view to the slopes... Definitely, we will come back... More

Stayed for a couple of nights either side of a climbing trip in the Brenta; owners were fantasic, very helpful, and even drove us to the lift in our car when we went up into the mountains. Breakfasts hit the spot, the spa was just what was needed at the end of the day. In short; great value, clean, v... More

Stayed for 11 nights in Sept 2010. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The managers are very friendly, gracious, EXTREMELY helpful and speak English (as well as, of course, Italian). I had a Classic room -- their smallest size. It was more than enough. The bathroom is very large with a separate shower and large tub, toilet, bidet.... More

Francesco and his wife (plus team) at Hotel Diana looked after us incredibly well right from the moment that we first called them to make our initial enquiries. Given that we speak no Italian we had been finding it very tricky to research a via ferrata holiday in the Dolomites. Francesco was able to give us so much useful information... More

We were lucky enough to stay here when it was a three star going for a four star--which it got in 2010. The hotel is good, the food is amazing. Not only beautiful, but delicious. Even after a full day of skiing, we were hard pressed to eat a starter, pasta, meat, sides, and dessert! After the second night, my... More

A very strange hotel, not responding to direct inquiries, requests of travel agencies for 10 day stay refused , only for a week. The first time confronted with such "service". Planned to stay in Feb2010, but now book other guest-friendly hotel. More
