If you think 15 children running wild thru the lobby, bar and sitting area playing games is OK then this place is for you. No one lifts a finger to control these children and there is no place to find any peace and quiet. This is at 10:00 pm. I was with a group and we went to dinner early.... More

As we checked in I was worried as the hotel was extremely noisy, lots of kids running riot at reception area, while staff stood chatting. We were given a room on the first floor and when I asked for a higher floor for the noise, I was told it's not possible as they were full. Our room was basic, terrible... More

I was here for my ski week from 4 to 11 March 2012. The location of the hotel is very good. Walkable distance from the ski tracks and also from the center of Madonna di Campiglio. In the hotel there is the gym and also the swiming pool for free, while for the sauna and turkish bath you have to... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights full board on a skiing trip and after reading the negative results on tripadvisor were pleasantly surprised. The hotel foyer, bedrooms, bar etc were all nicely furnished in alpine style- not modern and characterless. The food was good. It was all buffet style but we had a good choice of hot and cold... Don't be fooled into thinking this is a four star hotel. At best it is an up-market hostel. The whole place is out dated and tired, desperately in need of a total re-vamp. The dining facilities amount to nothing more than a canteen and I seem to recall that school dinners were good by comparison. The ski storage facilities were... More

This hotel was booked through Inghams, who clearly can't have visited this hotel for them to class it as 4 star. The rooms are dull, the bathrooms very small, dark brown and smelly. The dining room is like a motorway services canteen, plastic beakers served at breakfast for morning juice! The public areas are faded, worn and shabby. I really... More

I am sure this hotel was the 'bees knees' when it opened but it is now tired and in need of a complete overhaul. It is in a good position and on paper it has a lot of facilities but as we went to ski this was not our main criteria and the two most important ones - the rooms... More
