We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed hot days at the pool or near by attractions. The restaurants were quite good but rooms were average. We had found it a bit boring but I wouldn't mind it. Being Italian the staff were very friendly to kids.

We stayed here for a week in July and were pleased with the standard and facilities of the apartment. We were however disappointed in the animation. I chose the hotel as the website indicated there were lots of sports, with organised sports for children with the animation team. My son is very keen on football, tennis and table tennis. When... Dear Sir, we are sorry that our village has not availability in the period requested by you. Our booking department has offered to you two alternative dates, that unfortunately did not suit you. We don’t have any problems to accept this kind of vouchers (otherwise we would not join this promotions). That is proved by the various reviews on our... More

We stayed for a week at Loano. The resort itself is probably great for families but we neither needed nor used all its facilities. The wifi only works in public areas and we cut off the plastic bracelets as soon as we reached our room! The free shuttle bus into town was handy for sightseeing and shopping and the kitchen... More

It was my 1st ever experience in all inclusive services. Very satisfied for this. I am sure that everyone in the team enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool was very big + the indoor swimming pool and the food was extraordinary!

We had a 4 day stay at Loano 2 village. Husband and me stayed in a studio with our little one. Studio is quite small but very clean, there are 3 seperate beds, which is not that great but for 4 days its OK. They are quite comfortable. There is a little kitchenette where you can cook. The pool area... More

Our sixth visit to Loano 2 Village. As always very well organised, friendly and attentative staff, clean and well maintained apartments. Two negative experiences: still no wifi in the apartments and that annoying bracelet every guest have to wear all through the visit.

Great place to stay. The indoor pool was well warmed and we ussed it frequently. It's not very big. Rooms are well equiped but a little small. The hotel has a bus service down town which is nice as parking is an issue in the whole of Italy. Staff at the reception spoke many languages and were very helpfull. Nice... More

Room was spotless every day and young lady who cleaned room was friendly and cheerful. Reception staff cheerful and helpful. There were not sufficient outside seating and tables. Furthermore, too noisy in outside areas that should have been reasonably quite and relaxing, beds in room reminded me of military service ( hard and small). In my opinion, restaurant food was... This is not a hotel it is a holiday "all included" resort like in Rimini. Not at all convenient for business travellers. Internet only in public rooms and if a few are on it you can't even connect. No minibar in the room (so only 3star), no Internet in the rooms. A very complicated system to use any of the... More
