More b& b than hotel rooms are warm and clean great location, we got it on last minute deal, breakfast is continent if you ask for cheese and Hams other wise crossiants and toast. Staff rarely spoke or smiled .

I would NEVER stay in this hotel again. The bed was akin to a mortuary slab, very HARD. The decor was dated and you could see that there was NO femine influence in the day to day running of the establishment. The walls had absolutely NO sound proofing properties. We stayed here New Years 2009 and it was a nightmare with the noise. I wouldn't really call it a hotel, more a b&b. But it is in a great location and they clean the rooms daily, the staff were nice. Stayed here for New Years 2009, would have moved hotels, but couldn't due to lack of availabilty at this time. The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Livigno and the staff are relatively friendly. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Stayed here in March 2009, great hotel, ideal location, walking distance (in ski boots) to both mountains. Breakfast, croissants and crusty rolls, tea coffee etc, enough to get you going first thing. just back from livigno, and stayed this year at the zodiac. Clean, but basic the hotel provides everything you need, the room had wc, shower(hot), big room with 3 beds, balcony, relatively quiet.
