A few fancy pools in black surroundings, all tepid, none near warm enough...yes, it's a ski resort; no hot tub; a nice steam room to be fair. We spent most of our time wandering around looking for 'the experience' to begin. We figured that was what most other people there were doing too.

we spent 4 days (last December) just after Xmas Day. It was a late booking, very few rooms left and price seemed good bargain. We had read some reviews, some positive others not encouraging. As a result we really enjoyed it. The hotel is new, modern style not what you tipically expect from an alpine lodge. Our room was confortable...

The place is great, the real problem is the behaviour of some guests: The Black Pool is a "relax" area but young and old “children” make it into the noisy crowded swimming pool next door and that you expect they should be using for swimming practice, jumps in&out of the water splashing everybody within 100mt, screaming and so on.... these...

Spa facilities ok and if you like that, skiing, hiking, duty free etc then this may be the place for you but it's sadly let down by the fact the hotel is unfinished, the rooms have bar code for wallpaper and have no windows. We had to ask to be moved, we were to an apartment which if it had...
