Very expensive, cold water, cold rooms. In at 5 pm we had to pay the full price (they close at 8 pm). To swim you need a ridiculous 'cuffia', but there are no signs at the reception that tell you need one. The resort is a labyrinth and the corridors very cold. Outside pool freezing.

Very very bad experience.... On arrival we were said that the hotel was overbooked (even we did book on www.booking.com), and instead the "design room" (260eur/night) we were brought to old, terrible, under construction apartments. When we asked to cancel our stay, hotel refused to give back our money. I still don't understand why should I pay for something I... More

We spent 3 nights at the Aquagrande witch supose to be a wellness hotel. The modern look is ok, but wallpapers are falling off the walls, the overall cleaness is more then poor, food is extremly terrible, very small portions and long waiting times. That all put aside- the real horror awaits you in the so called SPA area, pools... More

I've spent three days there leveraging a special offer. It had been a mixed experience, you're on top of the mountains but the structure it's not even resembling it...it's too modern in the furniture and this is quite strange. The room was just rigth, clean but not too big. The pool were more close to a acquatic park than a... More

I'm just wondering how a general manager can go round the Hotel without a personal presentation, a jacket, a uniform and most of all how two lifeguards can clean all the swimming pool of the wellness. In fact poolwater its a bit cloudy, steam sauna is loosing pieces and you can actually see yourself how maintenance is taking care. The... More

A few fancy pools in black surroundings, all tepid, none near warm enough...yes, it's a ski resort; no hot tub; a nice steam room to be fair. We spent most of our time wandering around looking for 'the experience' to begin. We figured that was what most other people there were doing too. We paid the guts of €30 each... More

we spent 4 days (last December) just after Xmas Day. It was a late booking, very few rooms left and price seemed good bargain. We had read some reviews, some positive others not encouraging. As a result we really enjoyed it. The hotel is new, modern style not what you tipically expect from an alpine lodge. Our room was confortable... More

The place is great, the real problem is the behaviour of some guests: The Black Pool is a "relax" area but young and old “children” make it into the noisy crowded swimming pool next door and that you expect they should be using for swimming practice, jumps in&out of the water splashing everybody within 100mt, screaming and so on.... these... Spa facilities ok and if you like that, skiing, hiking, duty free etc then this may be the place for you but it's sadly let down by the fact the hotel is unfinished, the rooms have bar code for wallpaper and have no windows. We had to ask to be moved, we were to an apartment which if it had... More
