I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week of skiing. We chose the hotel because a large group of our friends was staying there and we wanted to be together. The hotel is close to Carosello lifts and can be reached by foot. The city center is located a 20 minute walk. We could not get a... More

Very, very kind hospitality and very comfortable!!! Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, both old and new rooms, but of course new rooms are much better, food always and everywhere can be better, but in Alba is very good, if somebody don't like what he ordered always can ask and get something... We only managed to secure 3 nights at the hotel... but for good reason. Our room (#306) was modern and spacious with a small Juliet balcony and a lovely view. We had half-board and breakfasts were excellent. Located away from the centre of the village but with an excellent bus service we found it difficult to fault this hotel. It... More

The name of the hotel is a bit misleading. We stayed with half-board and the food we got was far away from gourmet food. It wasn't very bad but far from gourmet class. We sometimes had to struggle to choose as the dished to choose from were far from tempting all of them. I had the worst soup I ever... More

I had the pleasure to enjoy several dinner at the hotel Restaurant. The quality of the food is simply stunning, Chef Roberto's fantasy give you always a new intriguing point of view about local savours. If you wish to experience a great journey through captivating flavours and contemporary presentations, just allow the chef to guide you with his selection. You... More

Hotel Alba has quite a lot to offer. Friendly staff, a really excellent restaurant (a bit pricy for a 3* though) and good wifi on all floors. I do not exclude going back there, our holiday was a success. But there are some downturns as well. Although some of the rooms are nicely renovated, part of the hotel has older... More

This was our first time in Alba hotel and Livigno too and we really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and professional. Roberto, the chef is amazing and every dinner has a surprise, especially hors d'oeuvre and dessert. Breakfast is excellent, rich, various and healthy, you can also prepare different kind of fruit juices. Our room was nice and... More
