We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. It's a really lovely hotel in a perfect location. Lecce is stunning and this is a wonderful base. We stayed in a superior double room. It was really comfortable.

Our stay at Palazzo Rollo was beyond our expectations. Our room was upgraded. A truly beautiful room in a palace where the dinning room etc was full of lovely personalised family treasures. The roof terrace looks towards the Duomo. Go at 6.30 for a cocktail and snacks. A gardeners delight. The staff were exceptional. A personal thanks to Naty and Leonardo for making our stay so memorable. Many Thanks Palazzo Rollo. Rudi and George.

Palazzo Rollo is the perfect base for exploring the city of Lecce. It's elegantly renovated and has a beautiful terrace with a view of the campanile for guests to enjoy their aperitivo. The breakfast buffet is lavish. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Palazzo Rollo in Lecce is a magical place and worth the trek to get there. We flew in from the USA and took the train down to Lecce. I recently stayed there with my family. We were to go but due to Covid-19 we were delayed celebrating a milestone birthday. All of my many emails prior to arriving were answered by the staff and there were many. During our stay Elena, Naty, Leonardo and Simona were all extremely helpful with appropriate suggestions and assisted us. Naty's assistance was so appreciated during our time at Palazzo Rollo. The room was spacious with a lovely modern bathroom and the beautiful glass elevator was appreciated. The staff in the breakfast room were also very kind and accommodating. I loved the fresh figs and fruit in the morning. The incredible views from the terrace were just some I will never forget as well as the Aperitifs and the olives. I highly recommend Palazzo Rollo and Lecce. I really cannot wait to come back with my family!

This bed and breakfast was extraordinary. The location was ideal, across from the Piazza de Duomo. The staff was friendly and commodious. The breakfasts were delicious. The rooftop terrace was spectacular especially at night. The owner lives on premises and makes sure that everything is correct. When we return to Lecce, we will try to stay there again.

Not serious at all We had booked two communicating rooms with kitchen NOT ON THE GROUND FLOOR. We wrote "not at the ground floor" that to them about 5 times. We had a baby 9 months and it was important for us not to be on the ground floor. They give us a familial room on the ground floor.. Our room overlooked the courtyard parking on the ground floor OUR 2 ROOMS WERE WITHOUT WINDOW. Each room overlooked the courtyard where all the cars are parked and move. 30 degrees Celsius : very hot in June. Impossible to open the windows because no window. Impossible to open the doors at night because anyone could have entered. The Management hides: impossible to meet them. The reservations department takes all the reservations anyhow and explains that they gave our family room to someone else. In the car park, all the tourists come to visit this Palazzo Rosso which appears in all the guides. AWFULL They offered us the breakfast but that was not what we wanted. We should have booked with Booking.com because they would have prevent that. DO NOT BOOK THE PALAZZO ROSSO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE WHAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT

A wonderful family owned B&B palazzo near the Duomo with very comfortable, clean and large rooms and very helpful staff . Delicious breakfast. The roof terrace is a must in the early evening when it opens for drinks. I left my iPad behind and they sent someone with it on an electric scooter to the train station just before my train left. Now that’s amazing! Highly recommend!

Located in the heart of the old town - if you travel by car, directions to get there are complicated and it was a fairly intimidating drive through narrow crowded streets - it is perfectly located to explore Lecce. Despite being in the busy centre, it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. Beautiful large rooms within the historic building. Enjoyed walking around within the palazzo and exploring communal rooms. Superb breakfast rooms and tea/coffee lounge. Rooftop bar for drinks and nibbles early evening was a must. Can highly recommend.

Great spacious apartments. Authentic furniture (which meant the bed squeaked) but was no slight on our experience. Great helpful staff. Beautiful dining room for breakfast. Made our time in Lecce extremely relaxing. Would recommend highly.
