Rang B&B from Piazza Duoma,Mauro came around to meet us and walked back to our car.Room had high ceiling, large hanging space very clean and a small balconey. The only tea/coffee making facilities we saw in 4 weeks in Italy, hot water too! At a cost we were invited up onto a large roof terrace for wine tasting and food served by Mauro's... more

We enjoyed 4 nights in the Imperial Suite at Centro Storico B&B. Our suite was large and lovely, very clean. The bathroom was quite large, and water pressure excellent. We were able to have the doors open to the balcony all day over the pedestrian street, and when the doors were closed at night, you could not hear a sound... more

This is a basic, clean b&b with a horrible breakfast-no excuse for bad coffee in italy. On the third floor so expect to be way too hot. Owner swears airconditioning is on, I beg to differ. A website that touts airconditioning, yet the rooms aren't remotely cool is like a website saying they have a pool but its only open... more

We spent only 2 days in Lecce and would like to go back for a week. It is a beautiful baroque city with jaw-dropping buildings and churches on every block. The people are friendly and polite and walking is very easy. It is within an hour of lots of great places on the coast. This small (only 6 rooms) B&B... more

this is a great place to enjoy the beautiful lecce, mauro who runs the B&B is a great chap, the room we had was lovely, location is fab. the only minus was the slightly stroppy cleaner woman, who didnt want to do our laundry even though the B&B's leaflet said they would offer that service. more

Having had great experiences in other B&B's in italy i decided to book here to celebrate my birthday. The website makes it look like the kind of place i like to stay at however the reality is something else, i have never been so disapointed. Yes the location is great with the main plaza two minutes away, but everyone else... more

Great B&B ...My husband and myself normally do not like the family feel of B&Bs we like our privacy. For this reason we reserved the Dumo Suite.Could not have been happier . The view from here is magnificent. The owners could not be nicer and had great tips for local fare & outings outside Lecce. There are so many incredible... more

Our room was in a wonderful position, overlooking the via Libertini where all the smart young things promenade and display themselves in the Italian manner and which we could watch from our bedroom. The much mirrored en-suite bathroom has a view of the glorious baroque church next door; as has the large balcony where guest take their breakfast under huge... more

We stayed at Centro Storico in October of 2006, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you plan to stay in Lecce. The location is fabulous - it is right in the center of the city. It takes about two minutes to walk to Piazza Oronzo - the central square of the city with its Roman amphitheater, and another 3-4... more

The B&B centro storico is managed by an elegant Italian couple who know the lay of this southern land and who cater to every wish. In our three day stay, we saw most of the historical center, toured the magnificent coasts, east and west, and ate at fabulous local restaurants. We were even referred to a local self service laundry... more
