This B&B is right in the heart of Lecce but down a side street which means it is lovely at quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and little touches like free bottles of water and local pastries made a big difference. Breakfast was served in a lovely little cafe round the corner and was very tasty. The best thing about... More

The room was small but specious and you felt somebody was thinking about you - from the comfortable bed to the refrigerator filled with water, Juices and milk, to the coffee-machine and coffee capsules, the cookies, the soft towels.... everything!! The delicious breakfast was served in a restaurant near by and was really excellent. The location is superb - near... More

This B&B is superbly located and run by an extraordinary family. The accomodations are perfectly located on a quiet street in the "centro storico." The property itself is a lovely very old building wonderfully furnished and with perfect wi-fi (very important these days!)

As others her in TA - this B&B can be tricky to find if arriving by car, because of one way streets, but a phonecall helped us on the way, and we were met by Danielle who helped us parken the car in the very narrow streets of Lecce. Michelangelo has a little Infoshop opposite the cathedral, where you Pick... More

This B&B is a little difficult to review because it's not exactly the typical accommodation one would find in an Italian city. It has an old fashioned ambiance that is very cozy, more like a charming bedroom in a country home. It's one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in anywhere. There are nice touches like a fully... More

Lecce is a little hard to get into, as we discovered with our oversized rented SUV. The Michelangelo B&B went way out of their way to contact us and to get us parked and into the B&B, which is down a very quiet side street in the center of the old city. (Thanks again Claudia!) The breakfast, at a nearby... More

It makes me smile remembering the kind and hospitable Michelangelo and Patrizia, owners of the B&B, who made sure that my daughter and I had everything we needed to appreciate and enjoy our 5-night stay in Lecce. Mission accomplished! We loved Lecce -- a sophisticated and beautiful city filled with Baroque churches, wonderful restaurants, a lively street scene and friendly... More

We came from Palermo to Lecce and we were astonished how well organized the city was: the city centre was locked from the traffic at night, everywhere clear signs, etc. This B&B was one good example that even in South Italy we can find professional service, which lives up to international expectations too. The apartment (not only a room) was... More

We sayed for 4 nights in July . Michaelangelo and his family (staff) were very hospitable, generous and informative. The location is excellent in the middle of the old town but very quiet. The accommodation is newly decorated with all modern facilities. The local information provided by Michaelangelo as to the history, restaurants etc. made our stay very memorable.

The rooms are great and in a historical setting. The location is in the middle of the old section. You don’t need to drive just enjoy the walk and the sights. The owner goes out of his way to help you find what you want. Drove to Lecce from Alberobello once we got into the city and could not find... More
