We stayed at this hotel at the end of our cycling holiday of Puglia. Being 100 metes from the railway station it was not hard to find and very convenient the next day as we left Lecce, which is a fascinating old town, by train. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the historic part of Lecce. The hotel clearly... More

An old fashioned hotel, close to the railway station. Rooms are quite big as are the bathrooms (with jacuzzi!) But the traffic is very busy outside so ask for a room that is located towards the back - especially if you use to sleep with the window open. And as high up in the hotel as possible. Breakfast is plentiful... More

Very convenient location - 10 minute walk to the old city. . Large , elegant, beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful and included a large variety of foods. Staff very accomodating - helpful with tips and assistance regarding visits to different sites, including telephone calls to verify information regarding opening hours and tours.

Grand Hotel di Lecce is very conveniently located, two blocks from the train station and two blocks from the historic old town in the opposite direction. Our rented car was parked for us in a nearby garage. The hotel has been beautifully and elegantly refurbished, with rich fabrics and antique furniture in the rooms. The breakfast room, the outdoor patio,... More

More

This has got to be one of the nicest 'cheap' 4 star hotels in the area Fabulous room, very friendly staff, decent breakfast Stayed for 3 nights as we wanted to explore Lecce which is a very nice historic city, with plenty going on. Wished we could have stayed longer. On site garage parking, 10 Euros per night. Only one... More

I booked at Grand Hotel last minute - a day before my trip, and was very very glad to have found it. After a tiring train journey from Rome, I loved having the hotel just a few steps from the train station. A beautiful classically decorated lobby greeted me, along with smiling, courteous staff. Loved my room: even though I... More
