We (myself, family members and friends) have used this B&B on multiple occasions after our first enjoyable stay in 2005. The above date indicates the most recent visit. The property is in the centre of the old town, easy walking distance to all sights, restaurants, shops etc. It now has two apartments, accommodating up to two and four persons respectively, each with their own private entrance. Rooms are very clean and decoration is simple, functional and harmonious. Bathroom is en-suite and television is in-room; bicycles are also available but we did not use them. You arrange your preferred breakfast time with the owner herself, who serves the meal and is happy to discuss travel tips and practicalities for Lecce and the surrounding area. The owner speaks excellent English. I warmly recommend Vico del Sole for anyone seeking value for money and an authentic stay in Lecce in very pleasant accommodation.
