Nasty "hotel" in the middle of ghetto neighbourhood surrounded by apartments. Body fluids on the walls and mold on the ceiling. Cramped rooms have not been cleaned in ages. Garbage tucked under bed sheets. Floor boards do not fit together and some hallways are not lit. 5th floor was completely dark and resembled a dungeon. A hooker wouldn't lie down... More

I traveled with a group of 38 people...25 middle school students and their 4 chaperones, plus my six high school students and three parents, and two tour company guides. The staff welcomed us, checked us into our rooms quickly and efficiently, and we never saw them again except for quick sightings when they would hold up a finger and tell... More

We are in Hotel Sudest several times during the year, we spend our holyday too in Lavagna in June , July. I think the hotel gives the most economy price in Liguria that you do not find in anywhere. The rooms are simply, but clear and confortables. They change towels every year, in the restaurant of the hotel you find... More

Booked an overnight stay only as we stopped here on our way to Portofino and far too expensive staying in Portofino, and only a half hour drive to Portofino the next morning. Have to agree with other reviewers decor, furniture in rooms and hotel very dated. Found a few sewing needles stuck in the carpet as we came out of... More

The front is promising, painted well, but the state of the interior,e.g. the elevator and the corridor floors is poorly, dirty and shabby. The room was painted in a disgustingly blue. To keep the flies out? Impossible to have the window open because of the traffic noise. The airco needed to be constant on because of a permanent hot piece... More

There is no air conditioning and no fan in the room. The window opens out on to a fast noisy road, and if that doesn't keep you awake, the mosquitos and frequent freight trains suddenly zooming past, probably will. Be careful in the bathroom. I was very happy with the water pressure in the shower until the shower head suddenly... More

This hotel was really cool, but I don't think anyone but a teenager would say that. The one thing I remember about this hotel was the rooms. My room was electric blue. BRIGHT blue. My friend's room, however was bright yellow. The room beside mine was lime green. My friends were convinced that at one time this hotel was a... More
