Just a few rooms have balconies and a handful of them have proper "lake view", since the olive trees and hedges have taken over (need to be trimmed). Three bed room was big and clean. We had a big terrace as well. Some of the other rooms had gardens. Be aware that some don't have either, these might be smaller rooms though. A great base for exploring the beautiful Lake Iseo. Rooms were clean and modern with large terrace and lake view. Gardens wre beautifuly maintained and the pool was fantastic very clean. A great place to go for a short break. parking underground was free and the reception staff were extremely helpful. I would definately reccomend more

The hotel is modern and excellent .just 4 star but i need somewhere quiet ,thats why we chose it - the room faced the lake and gardens. Comfy bed ,dark curtains and peaceful. Very clean . Excellent !! more

The lake location is really nice. The hotel even though not 4 stars standards is rather nice. Basic but nice. You can get rooms on the garden level with direct access to the pool overlooking the lake. The breakfast room has a very nice view. Parking is underground and free for guests.
