This place has a very limited hygiene! Basically if you just want to go to ghost hotel this is the place! The pool have probably never been cleaned, the bath massage had 3 different types of hair which were not mine, the food is poor and tight on serving portions... Mud massage bath, pools have mold all around... The ladies... More

I spent 2 nights in this little jewel box in the hills of Pigna. I can only imagine how amazing it could be during summer when you can also enjoy the pools outside! The service of the staff all over the hotel makes up for everything you might put on the bad side of your stay. The staff in the... More

Please note: we did not visit the hotel - this review relates to the spa only. Our visit to this spa has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your money going. On arrival the first thing you notice is that an already pretty nasty soviet looking building is equally horrible on the... More

I've never been to a day spa where unfelt I needed to shower AFTER visiting it. Arrives today to use the thermal pools an relax for a couple of hours but after seeing the place and trying the only warm-ish pool available I got dressed and left after just 10 minutes. Why? 1. Main pool not big enough to swim... More

It was even better than expected. Positive was the room #124 with wooden floor and a good bed. Everything is there, clean and working. The Breakfast has a good variety of food. If you ask, you will get a real expresso. For dinner we made a ten minutes drive down to the village Isolabona to the agriturismo "Ü Cian" which... More

All a bit odd. We arrived in the vast, completely empty, silent, fairly plush lobby of the hotel and were told, rather coldly, that the entrance to the spa was downstairs; there were no signs and only one entrance to the building. We wanted to eat first so sat in the restaurant overlooking the stream and mill, which was nice... More

Could be a much better hotel, but seems a bit run down and has little atmosphere to speak of. Big empty halls and corridors. It must be said they are trying hard but something is not quite right here. Be aware that everything smells of sulfur, which is not ideal. Also, unless it is hot, it feels quite damp. Linen... More

Not so easy to reach if you don´t have a car but well worth the trip! The waters are medicinal, stinky due to the sulphur but medicinal nevertheless :) The view from the outdoor pools is simply magical, set between mountains. The hotel premises are very pleasant, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Only drawback is that not all rooms... More

This place has so much potential but my friend and I likened it to the hotel from the Shining. It looks like it used to be something spectacular....back in the eighties. It was nice for the price we paid but we got it on offer - I wouldn't have paid more. No atmosphere from the moment you walk through the... More

If there were one word to describe the experience...it would be "STINKA" This is actually my second experience with this hotel. Key items to know; first, if you are not okay with smelling sulfur (rotten eggs) the whole time...do not even think about going here! Secondly, if you remember the big empty halls from the movie "the shining", this is... More
