There appears to have been a complete staff overhaul and the once friendly helpful staff have been replaced with what I found to be, uncaring, unhelpful, slightly arrogant staff. Our room was clean, large, and had a nice balcony with chairs to sunbake on. One of the air conditioners didn't work very well, which was unfortunate since it was very humid. Also, the pool on the roof is really small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet access was extremely limited (one PC in the lobby, no WiFi). Great location.
