We are considering booking our summer holiday for the third consecutive year here as it really works for a relaxed family holiday (our children are aged 9 and 7 years old). The location couldn't be better. You can wander out onto the promenade for a stroll, where there are lots of family friendly restaurants and chic cafés and bars. Best... More

we were traveling through italy and stopped for 1 night at this hotel. The lobby was recently renewed and built up a high expectation. We got a room with view of the parking lot, but the room was out of date... the bed was terrible, when someone used the toilet and used the bathroom (on the same floor) everything started... More

Dear Customer, We are very sorry of your dissatisfaction and while we understand your point of view, we would like to dissociate ourselves from some of your comments that seem too excessive. Our pool is fully restored and with its beautiful garden is one of major attractive points of our structure. The cap is mandatory for hygien reasons and certainly... More

We recently stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in August 2014, myself my husband and our 20 month old daughter. Whilst we had booked online and got a suite to accommodate us all with a beach/sea view which was great, there are a few areas which let this hotel down tremendously and by being a 4 star rating should... We have relatives in Giulianova and have stayed here many times. Breakfast is included and is very good. Beach is great w/ food & drinks available w/o returning to hotel across the street. We typically dine w/ relatives but when we have had dinner here, it also is very good and most guests eat in the hotel. The adders are... More

Grand Hotel Don Juan was fabulous. A special thank goes to Francesca and Sanja (Reception Staff) who took care of all my requests very helpfully and quickly. They managed an overbooking on Saturday night, in order to allow me to stay an extra night inside my room, and help me a lot with the searching of a train to Pescara... More

We stayed a week right during change of a high season to low season. Base price for a room (B/B type) was very attractive, but be prepared to pay every next step. Beach towels - Eur. 2,5 for every change, Eur. 3 for a swimming cap, Eur. 6 for a sunbed/day (umbrella and 2 chairs per room are free), Eur.... More

The reception area and gardens were worthy of four stars but our room would be lucky to scrape two. We booked with Expedia for an overnight stay and I am sure we were given the worst room in the place. It was sparse and shabby to say the least. We were on the 6th floor where there was no Wi-Fi... We stayed 5 nights at this Hotel. The property is a bit dated, but has indeed several strengths: a large and well maintained swimming pool, a good buffet breakfast, a private parking able to accommodate most of the cars ( not all in peak periods ), simple but good enough rooms, professional and friendly staff. On the other hand, there... More

Stayed there for only one night. The room was fine and they provided secured parking which was a plus. Our only complaints would be that they played music outside until midnight and if you wanted to sleep earlier it would have been difficult, also the hotel is located at the start of the beach basically and it is a long... 5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

We stayed 7 nights in the hotel in an interconnecting seaview room with two children (6 and 4) mid July. The hotel itself was, to be fair, a little dated, but they have recently updated the lobby area and everything was spotlessly clean everywhere. The rooms were much larger rooms than the average and again whilst a little dated, beautifully... More
