The best is its position. If you book a seeview room you can sleep just above the see! For us it was really special to sleep with the sound of the waves and you can see the see even from your bed! A small balcony with a table and two chairs is suitable for people, we had our lunch there,... More

We spent 3 lovely nights in Hotel Orpheus. It was very easygoing B&B with a stunning view to Mount Etna. During night time you could see lava coming down from the mountain and smoke during day time. Amazing! Hotel's own little rocky beach was a nice bonus. Hotel room was clean and spacious enough, though keep in mind that there... More

This hotel was exceptional value for money! This was our first time to Sicily. Giardini Naxos is a beautiful place that offered everything that we ever wanted for our 10 night stay. We had fantastic views of Mount Etna (which you could also hear rumbling away, as it's Europe's largest active volcano!), plenty of amazing restaurants (with awesome wine!), great... More

Wow! This is a great hotel! It is not fancy by any means, but its location and the outdoor terraces are more than enough to make it an excellent choice. It is located at the south end of the seashore walk (6 km) that terminates at the north end with Taormina. It is a quiet location and the rooms we... More

Stayed here for 3 nights & found no probs. Hotel needs renovations but Hamil & his wife are great people & made our stay very pleasant. We stayed in Room 5, our sea view was fantastic, going to sleep & waking up to hearing the ocean was therapy in itself. Breakfast is more than ample & was served on the... More

I really have given this review a lot of thought. The owners Hamil and Rosa are very nice, and the location of the hotel right on the water is amazing, and it's clean. But the cons are that Hamil smokes INSIDE the hotel. Which its his hotel, and it's his italian prerogative to do what he likes, but we don't... More

Exactly what we were looking for after a week of driving around Sicily and trying to see as much as possible. The perfect place to chill out. The rooms are basic, but clean and big and also quite cheap and there is a balcony from almost all rooms overlooking the sea and Etna. The staff are very friendly. Lovely breakfast on... More

I had a wonderful stay at the Orpheus hotel from 14/10/2013 to 18/10/2013! The location is wonderful, our room had a fantastic view from all widows and even more from a big terrace - to Etna and to Taormina. Nice breakfast every morning, the place is very clean and our room was always spotless when we came back at the... More

Location of the hotel is super- right on the waters edge. Eating breakfast to sound of lapping water. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Could not fault it at all. It is a basic hotel that is 5 star on all that matters - location, service, cleanliness. Wonderful rocky cove beside the hotel to swim in.... More

This is a very basic but super hotel. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The hotel cat was a great hit with my kids. Gardini Naxos was a great place to stay with easy access to Taormina, Etna and the general area. The beach at Gardini was great for the children. All in all great value and good snorkelling!
