I went as part of a Riviera holiday for four nights. In that time there were 3 weddings! Our room overlooked the pool, paid a supplement for that, but at least it was quiet after about 10.30 when the wedding party came in to eat! Some Pele are on the other side where the music was on until the early... More

Clean enough to spend 4 nights; in the bathroom it was a problem : no shower hose, like a spring/fountain. very good location for beach. It will be nice the hotel should offer the sun beds on the beach free for guests, as they are on the pool. The breakfast is the worst, as Roger B said, for Italy! and... More

We have recently returned from a touring holiday of Italy finishing in Sicily. Our last 3 nights were spent at this hotel. A perfect end to a wonderful holiday. The room we had was spacious and well appointed with a balcony view of Mount Etna, the staff were polite and friendly. Restaurant food was good and typical of the area... More

our room was clean and the pool area was very pretty. The food, however was appalling!!!! Probably the worst we have ever eaten....the waiting staff were surly and unobliging. Breakfasts were better than the dinners, but in a country with an abundance of fruit.....tinned fruit for breakfast???? As italian food is rated highly in the world it was a disappointment!

One of the problems of being a Trip Advisor subscriber is that you tend to be guided by the reviews. Well, the reviews of this hotel were quite negative but frankly I could find very little to fault it. In fact, it wasn't far off excellent. We stayed as part of a group for 4 nights in June 2014. The... More

On arriving at the hotel our bags were delivered to our room. We had a partial sea view room on the fourth floor for which we had paid extra.. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was a tight fit with two sliding doors which kept coming off the runners. Once my wife couldn't get out of the shower! I damaged... More

It was with trepidation after reading some of the horrid reviews of this lovely hotel, however on arrival the hotel looks beautiful, we checked in and got a lovely room on the 4th floor (420). The view was the sea and the lovely town of Taormina in the hills. Dinner is superb, all the staff very smart and courteous, I... More

A lovely hotel with large and comfortable rooms, air-conditioning, excellent food, and service. The owner was always around keeping an eye on things - and it showed. Small gardens but large outdoor pool, plus a heated indoor pool and jacussi. Massages available for those rich enough. From our balcony at night we could see Etna erupting -magic.
