Delightful Experience. We stayed at this hotel in May 2014 for 5 nights as part of Travel Department from Dublin Tour of Sicily, and included among us , a group of 5. This hotel suited us perfectly as we were touring daily and visited Syracuse, Taormina, Agrigento . We thought Castelmoro, the hilltop town above Taormina so scenic with views... More

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a Globus tour of Italy. We were in a little Villa a short walk from the main entrance. The villa was great with its own balcony complete with a clothes airer which gave us a chance to wash a few clothes. The room was a good size and very comfortable. We ate both... More

We have just returned from a week at this hotel travelling with The Travel Department out of Dublin. I suspect we were in the same group as Shelagh and would fully concur with her assessment of the walk back to a villa. At the very start you are totally confused as to where you are as, as she states, maps... More

I knew I would be staying in the Villettes, as the Hotel was full, last week, but think they are not suitable for solo female especially the ground floor, I wasn't happy walking back at night time...got lost a couple of times the first day as the signage does not identify where you are at that time, say by a... We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel and cannot find much to fault it. Apart from one or two ignorant staff in the dinning room and one of the bars, we found every one else were helpful and friendly, from reception, the bars and dining room. We stayed AI and would recommend this option, plus book a... More

Beautiful hotel in impressive setting. Pity about the staff though. Seem to be badly in need of re-training. Surely it's easier to smile than to scowl. The review of 'johnT5316CJ' says it all. Food in dining room was first class for an operation of this size.

This was the rudest hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. On arrival, booking-in took about 45 minutes, then our luggage was taken from us for delivery to our room. An hour later the luggage was delivered by a very aggressively rude porter demanding a tip which was quite frightening. This delay in getting our luggage meant... More

Dear Sir, is with great regret that I read about your disappointment for the service we provide in the hotel. As I can understand, most of the problem faced during your stay, was generated by the staff’s bad attitude in the Parco Restaurant. Your letter is helping us to better understand the roots of the problems and to realize that... More

Mid Sept visit for a week, we went all inclusive, breakfast was plentiful and loads of choice. No issues with any of the meals as there was so much choice. Resort partly closed as coming out of season, but no complaints. Rooms good & staff helpful. I would recommend!

Huge hotel, well run and very organised - you would never get the impression of there being the hundreds of guests here at the one time - it's like a small village!! Surprised at previous comments about the staff - we found them all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful- maybe they react to the way they are treated by guests?... More

We spent a week in this resort with our family this summer. The location is fantastic and the resort itself is great. Rooms were not great, but ok, and large. Hotel personnel were very friendly, as well as the restaurant personnel. Food was good, not great, but good. But desserts deserve a special mention, many different ones every day, and... More
