We have a great apartment when we stayed here. It was big with lots of nice furniture, pictures on the walls, vases etc... Great for a family to spend a lot of time just hanging around with lots of space for everyone. Only drawback of the apartment itself was the very poor plates and wine glass. Yes only one wine... 'Marino Agriturismo' is a peaceful getaway in resort town Giardini Naxos. If you want to visit this area I can recommend staying here: + The owners are friendly and helpful. + The apartments are clean and located in an oasis of nature; between the lemon trees, olive trees and banana trees. (Big pro, although this means you will be dealing... More

We had booked a room for 2 nights after one week around Sicily, and what a disappointment after the lovely Agriturismos we had stayed in before... The owner was not welcoming at all and did not really care about showing us around. We were welcomed by a dog barking in the bungalow next door and the owner did not even... More

Stayed a full week at Marino ... proved a perfect location to travel to Etna, Taormina, Piazza Armerina, etc. Ricardo and the staff were always available and helpful ... the chef is outstanding! He created amazing caponata, arancini, stuffed peppers and endless varieties of pasta ... all from local sources!!! Had a complete apartment, but thanks to Marino's chef, didn't... More

Excellent Sicilian food and friendly service. Nearly all the ingredients are grown on the farm or a nearby farm. The red wine is nice and also from the farm. The staff were welcoming, especially Ricardo, who was very helpful and greeted us on our arrival even though our flight was late. He also gave us a bottle of sparkling water.... More

Very nice and fully equipped self catering house inside a huge working farm. Authentic and conveniently located. Small pool but comfortable. Host was friendly but conveniently forgot my request for late checkout and my requests for fixing a couple of broken/ noisy faucets. No air conditioning, so summer stay can be too hot for comfort. We stayed a full week... More

Agriturismo Marino was a perfect location set in acres of farmland overlooking Mount Etna. Our apartment was large, traditional, well equipped with a balcony overlooking Mount Etna. Even though we arrived late in the evening the owner was there to greet us with wine and fruit. The Marino family spoke good English and made us very welcome. Any little problems... More
