Very nice hotel, when first done but unfortunately, they never did some sort of refurbishing, the real way. I think it is thanks to the very helpful staff that the show still goes on. Honestly would have expected more of the place. To say it all, having parking facilities is a plus.

Hello. We were guests of this hotel last August, and we were disappointed as it was purchased as a 4 star hotel, but nowhere near- I will try to put some images to demonstrate it worths 2.5 stars max. The cleansiness of the room was acceptable, cleaning done some every 2-3 days. Restaurant (we had half board) is lacking quality... More

Hotel located on one a the main streets going out of Giardini Naxos. Mainly large groups at that period of the year. Large room, clean. Many excursions to be done from Giardini Naxos (Taormina, Etna, Gole d'Alcantara, etc...).

A bit out of the centre of all busy Naxos life. Needs refurbish badly to compete with todays market but otherwise seems ok. The staff were very helpful with their limitations. Breakfast was ok, apart for the faulty coffee machine. Wifi works best in reception area as signal tends to weaken from rooms. Pool area clean and attractive. Parking ok,... More

the location is noisy, and outside Naxos main attractions, everywhere you go you must take a car. got a big family room, but not with 4 star facilities! TV is old, shower water pressure ware poor, the bed sheets weren't clean. it didn't feel safe since our room had a separate access and anyone can walk in and out the... More

Food has no taste at all! The staff are friendly, kind and helpfull. But i will not recommend.

We choos a 4 stars hotel but althogh the staff members are kind and wonderfull the whole stay experience was very poor.breakfast was humiliating ,the hotel was very noisy due to its location between two main roads and due to loads of noisy school boys and girls that ocupied many of the rooms ,which where re-organised every evening and morning... We chose a 4 star holiday in Sicily with Newmarket Holidays. A very poor company and a hotel which is certainly not a 4 star hotel. Bird poo all over the window cill, never cleaned up, a shower that was so small I could not raise my hands to wash my hair. There were many other problems like the fire... More

Before people read this, please note that my review is based on a comparison of four 4 star hotels which I stayed in in Sicily recently. By staying in other four star hotels in Sicily, I am in a better position to make a comparison. I notice from the reviews below that people opting to write their review in English... More
