We stayed here for 3nights and it was lovely! There was a problem when we arrived as previous occupants of the room allocated us had not bothered moving out - receptionist very apologetic and gave us alternative room. This was nice with balcony at back of hotel, but by lift shaft so a bit noisy! The next day we were... More

We stayed here for a week in August. The hotel is positioned on the lake side and the hotel restaurant over looks the lake. Near to the hotel is the travel agency where you can book excursions and bus/ boat tickets. The rooms are clean and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. As a guest you receive... More

Stayed two nights was meant to be 3 . We had to stay in another hotel which turned out to be better. The rooms very outdated . The staff are not very helpful as to getting around. Wifi only worked at the reception area or didn't work at all . A few of the guests were fobbed off by the... More

We stayed here for one week after previously staying in Verona for three nights (Grand Hotel), and as such we were a little dissapointed with the room allocated to us, after experiancing an exceptional hotel there. Our room was a standard lake view. Don't get me wrong, the lake view was exceptional and did make up for what the room... More

Hotel in ideal situation, right on lake side and near boats for lake trips. However a few little niggles eg watered down juice at breakfast,no hot water at busy times, charges on bill for items not ordered.Great place for touring Lake Garda .

Just stayed for 5 days at the hotel as a 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel has lots of reviews. Our view was, that the hotel was spotless. The rooms although a little small were cleaned everyday, with fresh towels. The bathroom has a good sized shower. By the way we stayed on the 3rd floor room 302 on the front... More

This hotel is set in the very best of settings. Although we were a little worried what we might get, we were pleasantly surprised. All the rooms have a balcony and face the lake, and the hotel is away from the busy road, so unlike most hotels around- there is no road noise! Breakfast is quite basic, but is included.... More

We picked this hotel because it was directly overlooking Lake Garda. When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful with great information. The hotel is very modestly priced but when we got to our room we were amazed at the size for the price, there was just the the two of us but big enough for four. We also had... More

Our third trip to Gardone Riviera. We'd tried 2 expensive hotels but had spotted the Du Lac and thought we would try it. Facing directly on the lake with balcony rooms, we knew it wasn't deluxe like the others but the price was half or less. You get what you pay for.they say. The reviews here were so varied it... More
