They are lucky to have a lake property, but that is all they have. Rooms outdated and a horrible mix of colors and styles. While the failed attempt of having some wooden furniture placed outdoors, you can't help but notice the white plastic furniture on top of the boathouse. It's the only hotel where we had a breakfast ending at... More

We have stayed at the Villa Capri seven times. It is one of our favourite hotels in the world. The setting is beautiful, immediately on the lake with a beautiful garden where large trees provide shade and with a lovely, very clean pool. The rooms are well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. They are ideal for families as well as... More

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! Mum and Dad who own the hotel are not unfriendly just don't speak English very well but the daughter does and when the family realised it was our honeymoon they couldn't do enough for us! We were moved to the little 'villa' next to the main hotel which was very private... More

Myself and my new husband were very excited to stay at villa Capri as the second part of our honeymoon after being in Venice for 3 days, I have to say we were disappointed, I had previously emailed the hotel to notify them it was our honeymoon and had no response from my email or a mention of that when... This year , we decided to change and to move from Grand Hotel Gardone to Villa Capri. The hotel seamed smaller and more intimate , the structure nicer, the price not very diferent. The hotel has a beautifull garden and there is no parking problem as you can park your car in the garden in front of th hotel without... More

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, the first time being our honeymoon 15 years ago and we cannot fault the hotel. I cannot understand the previous reviewer's comments about the staff, they were very friendly to us, they always had time for a chat or at the very least a welcoming smile every time we... More

Nice on the surface, but the management is terribly unfriendly and the owner is an arrogant, not-service-oriented person, selling his location but not a charming experience and even less any good service. Never again. Not up to 4 star standards, and road-side rooms are loud´, especially in the morning when the next wave of tourist rolls in.

This was a really lovely hotel situated with direct access onto Lake Garda. We really enjoyed our stay; we had a refubished room and bathroom both of which were of good size along with a balcony overlooking the well tended gardens then onto the lake. Cleanliness and service was excellent in all respects. The breakfast was very good with enough... More

The view of the lake is so gorgeous, you want to forget the manager who tried to cheat us with the. He made us pay to use pool towels and billed us drinks and snacks we never ordered or consumed. He scolded our young son for taking an extra croissant with him from the breakfast buffet.
