We stayed in this hotel in June 2014 as part of a package holiday. The hotel is in a great location right by the lake. the owner is very polite and welcoming, as are all the staff. We read reviews before we went and didn't ask for a lake view as reviews said you end up without one anyway, but... More

We got there late in the evening, around 22:00, with no reservation, and were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist later accompanied by the owner. The owner informed us of the rates and what they include (breakfast etc.) When we told him we'd take a room, he asked us if we have a car and directed us to a private... More

Would recommend this hotel very friendly very clean and a pleasure to stay. On arrival we were offered a free drink which was most welcome you have to pay for air con but we didn't need it as there is so much to see who wants to be in there room.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel June 4th 2014 for 1 week. Never again. The room we had was small and pokey, at the back of the hotel, facing the main road, which was like a racing track. We could'nt open the windows, because of the noise. We were told we would get free air conditioning, but it... More

We were on a couples weekend during off season. We had adjoining rooms with patios, great place for bottles of vino and cappuccino in the morning. Be ready for 106 stairs from the road and 600 down to the shoreline, that was very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, typical and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were... My wife and me and our daughter stayed there the beginning of September 2013 for 3 nights. We stayed there before a couple of times and planned to stay in the future as well. When we reached out to the hotel and asked what the rates are, he responded 45 euros per person per day. So we figured 90 euros... More

Stayed in this lovely Hotel in July, such a great position opposite the Lake. Weather was very hot 34o everyday- we had to pay for air- con ,essential. Our room was on the back, can be very noisy- so shut doors and slept with air-con. The was clean and functional, tv only Sky news- but didnt bother us!. We loved... More

To justify the title of this review, my wife and I stayed at this hotel in 2007. It was very basic then and still is. It is clear that a refurbishment has occured. New flooring in the rooms, double glazed doors leading to the balconies and a fresh lick of paint in the corridors. Also it would appear that they... More

We have visited Garda many times over the last decade and stayed at this hotel three or four times now. We have just come back from 11 nights there last week (July 2013.) This hotel not only is clean and spotless it has a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful and the other reviews baffle me! This hotel... More
