Hotel is too far out of Garda unless you have a car. Despite it's website, it's not reasonably walkable into Garda town. Room was good, spacious and clean, stunning view of Lake Garda but again like other reviews, set up in the hillside and so a trek to breakfast. If it had rained, getting to the hotel and breakfast you... More

Had annual company meeting at Poiano this week. Outdoor Olympic size pool was a real treat, though you will need a hot shower to get the body temperature back up. Spa was wonderful . Hotel slightly dated but well maintained . Suggest good walking shoes as the resort is situated along the side of a hill which makes going from... More

We stayed here for a company conference and whilst the conference facilities are ok, the service was shocking. We had an early transfer to Verona airport at 6.30 a.m. and when trying to check out the extremely rude clerk on reception told us that we had to list all of the items we'd ordered on our rooms as the computer... Visited this hotel with my husband and 2 boys aged 9 in August this year. The hotel itself is great lovely big family room very clean, cleaners came in every day fresh bed linen and towels. The hotel has many great sports facilities which my boys loved and were entertained during the day playing football, volleyball, archery and other activities.... More

the location of the apartments and hotel is just astounding, the view on the lake breathtaking and the facilities there (tennis court, beach-volley, SPA, pool, ...) are just great. The apartments are spacious but not that clean. Breakfast is abundant and good and the whole complex must be explored.

We went to this resort for a company conference only to be disappointed. Not only did they lock us out of our room accidentally (not apologising), we found that staff were quite rude, especially the night clerk on reception. During an early morning check out he was extremely rude to around 12 of us, shouting at all of us (business... More

The hotel is spotless throughout and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate but the hot food was not always hot !!. The lift is too small for the size of the hotel ( 6 persons). The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Garda as the hotel is a fair way out of town, unfortunately... More

Spent a week here, I agree it is a bit far out of Garda. There is a shuttle bus but the hours are a bit restricted, however if there is a need for extra transport the hotel staff do their best to accommodate. I didn't think that there was a "steep hil" more of a gradual slope. We opted for... More

Wow, we spent the night at this posh lake resort through a trip tour with Trafalgar. This was absolutely the nicest hotel for the entire trip. Rooms spacious, very clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. The food was better than average and the dining room perfect to enjoy the surrounding area. The wait staff friendly and... Just back from a 1 week stay. If you intend to go to this hotel, please be aware that you need to be fit to cope with the steep hill that the complex is built on, especially when it’s very hot or raining hard! The restaurant was not managed at all well. Breakfast was very busy especially if you came... More
