Stayed here for a week in September on a holiday organised by Mistral. Room was adequate for a 3 star hotel, but very dark, needed lights on at all times. Daily cleaning was superficial. Clean towels were provided daily but the bed linen was not changed during my stay. Main complaint was the food. Breakfast consisted of cereal and poor... More

Recently stayed at Hotel Mignon while on a 7 day tour of Italian Riviera and Cinque Terre. We were allocated a room on the ground floor at back of hotel and although spacious, it was constantly dark owing to the thick overhanging trees. We had to have the lights on every time we were in the room and could have... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Mignon on our trip to Italy. We had requested a twin bedroom and were surprised to be given a two bedroomed suite on arrival just so they could accommodate us. The hotel is fab, clean and quite luxurious for a 3 star hotel. The scenery is lovely. I can't comment on half board... More

We recently spent a week at this hotel on half board as part of a tour with Mistral Holidays. At best the food was adequate but various things let it down. Breakfast was cereals and toast, processed cheese and ham with no fruit (tinned or fresh) and the coffee was placed on the tables at 7.25a.m which meant it was often... More

public rooms are nice and there is a nice relax area outside. the room on the other hand was small and dark with a bad smell of clorine. There was mold on the shower and did not give off an appearance of being very clean. Breakfast was second rate and at 9:15 am was all finshed. Coffe was the worst... More

We booked our stay for the 2013 Apuane European Football Tour based in the area which we arranged last minute. From the moment I contacted the hotel for the booking to us checking out I have nothing but praise for every single person consistently on reception. We needed more help than usual on this trip, and no query or question... More

was going to write my review and read Janroy1 who gave an exact description of my thoughts of the hotel in every way. However our Balcony (room 34) had too much foliage on the balcony leaving little room for two people to sit and escape the mosquitoes . There was a larger supermarket a 15 minute walk away which had... More

We visited this hotel at the end of May 2012 with Mistral Holidays as part of their Cinque Terre and Tuscany Coach Tour. The staff were very friendly and English speaking and the bar and communal rooms area were quite comfortable and well lit. At the front of the hotel was a small seating area and a gazebo. The bedroom... More

We stayed at this hotel on a tour with Mistral Holidays. The hotel is in the middle of a very exclusive resort with nothing but designer shops and expensive bars. There was not even a shop where we could buy water. Most people on the tour complained about the lack of amenities near the hotel or for that matter the... More
