I would call this a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. The service was great, but the room was very ordinary although it did have a big lanai. We stayed there 2 nights and both days they had problems with the water. We had no cold water. Our friends had no hot water.

Thsi is a great hotel in Forte dei Marmi. The food is excellent and there is a great swimming pool. Rooms are average, clean, and typical of a 4 star hotel. WEll worth the trip. The owners are so nice and helpful. The hotel is convenient to town, shops and the beach.

After three sufficient four star hotel I finally fond a place where I can enjoy both holidays and business at good price. the service is gorgeous and they are also renewing all the rooms and suite. Special service at the Ritz Bar with Lorenzo: one of the few bartenders for Negroni. I recommend this place to all the world
