This is a great place for families. All the Stuff is adorable - especially with kids and very small once also. We had the best time knowing that there was always someone taking lovingly care off the baby and the kids (4 all together). Everybody was really helpful. The front desk stuff was adorable helping us find the best lunch-... More

Perfect Place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. Not only in the season but also off season. Great hospitality and just refurbished rooms. All in a very elegant setting. Just between Forte and Pietrasanta, exact at the point where the great Gianni A had his summerhouse.

Firstly, they lost my bag between reception and my room. Turns out they'd sent it to their other building/hotel! As it had all my stuff I was late for dinner by 90 minutes. No one seemed to care. Rooms were on the nice side of adequate, I had a view into a small courtyard and into a dozen other rooms.... More

Picture perfect beach getaway! My husband David and I are seasoned Italy aficionados continually seeking those once-in-a-lifetime spots that inspire and excite, particularly in terms of food, drink and luxury. Our visit to Augustus Hotel & Resort was perfect. The resort is situated along one of the most spectacular sections of Forte dei Marmi, a favorite destination for travelers who... More

Awful experience. When I arrived at the hotel after a 6 hour traver with my 80 year old mother, I doscovered that the room I had booked was not available, I was give an awful room, in a different part of the hotel. I had booked for a 7 day stay. The following day I had to repacks all the... More

Dear Madam, please note that on your arrival (in the late evening) we were assigned you a room upgrade, more spacious and expensive than the room you booked. You would have been able to stay in this junior suite all week, but you have decided to have the lower category that you had booked, which we have assigned in the... More

The hotel has pretty good setting with nice garden but this is pretty much the fine part of it. The hotel staff is quite clueless about basic standards set for 5 star hotel. I had to wait and ask for courier service couple of days until the concierge figured out how to organize it. English is just about like Chinese... More

Dear customer, We are really sorry for that. Kindness and professionalism of our staff has always been rewarded by guests. We do not know the details of your courier problem, but we are sure it was related to the courier company. It is an external provider, not related to our efficient concierge service. Most of our employees are fluent in... More

Beautiful hotel but not a five star. The hotel is not on the beach, the pool was cold and the hot tub closed. I expected much more. The staff mostly speak only Italian (I speak French and English) which made everything a little challenging. The beach is not on the property, across the street. A little bit of a walk... More

We had our honeymoon here in the low season, so we payed a decent price for our lovely room. I would concur with many of the reviews on TripAdvisor that the hotel in peak season is overpriced, especially since nothing is included in the price except from the breakfast. In the off season the beach is free of charge, however... More

In July we went to the Augustus Hotel but we will never come back. To begin, the rooms for the prices are absolutely not done. It is not a 5 star Hotel. There were no bikes availeble, the beach was to expensive for a chair and two simple sundeks. The Beach has to be included with your hotel room. Then... More

very expensive, overpriced and disappointing place! Rooms are terrible, mattress seems to have been there since the opening and you can't survive a night sleeping on them, bathroom not working properly. breakfast is boring. The beach is dirty, nobody seems to care about it and costs another 200 per day!!! the sea is dirty too (a problem of the location... More
