Spent 2 nights here as part of a coach tour , the hotel was basic, clean and all staff friendly from arrival to departure. All meals were plentiful and enjoyable. a comfortable stay in a nice part of Italy to visit Rome for a day tour.

What a brilliant family run hotel. Can't fault my stay. Food was lovely, staff are so friendly. Would love to visit again. Rooms are basic, but has everything that you need (shower/toilet) and has a balcony over looking Fiuggi beds are also comfortable

Travelling solo with a Travel Department Group, on 9th May 2015 for a week usually given the worst room , in this case a decent 4th floor double room with a good bathroom and morning sun balcony. A good location between the old town and the new town. Breakfest is cold meat and cheese but coffee from machine is undrinkable.... More

Tucked away in the maze of streets and alleys in Fiuggi, this hotel is run to a very high standard. Excellent food and spotlessly clean rooms made this a very enjoyable stay. Good idea to get a map from the tourist information as it's very easy to get lost in the small streets and alleys.

Stayed at Hotel Tiffany for 1 week from the 27th July. The owners could not have been more welcoming or friendly, and Alessandra’s English is very good so she is able to talk with you about anything and gave us great tips regarding local transport bus timetables etc. Nothing was too much trouble. We were cooked lunch as soon as... More

I stayed here with my two children (14 & 7) over Easter in April 2013 (the ealiest option on he when did you travel dropdown is Aug 2013 this is wrong) on a Travel Department trip. I am reasonably sure I was one of the youngest adults on the trip to needless to say the children were something very new... More

On our coach tour we stayed 2 nights in Hotel Tiffany. Our hosts could not help enough and we all, coach party of 48, enjoyed out stay. On our last night the family laid on pre dinner drinks and nibbles. Only snag was we were only there for 2 nights as we were made most welcome.

This is a three-star hotel and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. It is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Okay, they don't speak a lot of English, but this is Italy after all - what would one expect? Some reviewers have complained about the food, but as long as you bear in mind that you're not... More

Stayed here for a week in the middle of October on a Travel Department holiday, including trips to Rome, Pompeii and Capri. Overall, a decent hotel, could easily make some small changes to make it more inviting. Location: On the outskirts of Fiuggi new town, Just over an hour from Rome and two and a half hours from Naples. An... More
