My wife and I did a 2-week tour of Italy “Top to toe” with Travelsphere, it was a coach tour staying at 5 different hotels. This was our third hotel, and was one of the better ones and we stayed here 3 nights. The room had a/c, a free safe, a hair dryer, and a TV. The hotel was quite... More

Another “Top to Toe Italy” Hotel and one that has clearly seen better days. The rooms are dark and dated and the radiator in our room was permanently on and never fixed (we had a problem with the shutters too but that was sorted for us!). The redeeming factor at the hotel was the evening meal where food and service... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel as part of a “Top to Toe of Italy” holiday. I cannot comment on value, because the cost was included in the package. The hotel is in the spa resort of Fiuggi and not too far from Rome, so is a good base for touring. The Hotel San Giorgio is a pleasant... More

Our room on our tour of Italy was a descent size but was strangly dull even when lit. The shower was hopeless with intermittent hot water supply at a dribble from the shower head. The wireless in the hotel was hopeless and didn't work well anywhere we could find it. Breakfast wasn't bad, but evening food was very average. Wouldn't... More

Here on a tour and wasn't that impressed. Our room was a reasonable size but was very dark even with the lights on. The bathroom shower was not at all powerful and hot water was variable. The wireless in the hotel was poor to say the least and continually dropped out. Having English news channels on TV was useful though.... More

Stayed here on Saga tour of Italy. The facilities in this hotel were excellent. The spa experience was really superb. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the attitude of the male staff who appeared to think its was beneath them to have to deal with mere Saga tours. However the girls on reception were friendly... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a tour of Italy. The reception area is impressive but after that the rooms, although clean, are old and dated. The hotel does have wifi but we found it impossible to access it. We found none of the staff to be particularly friendly. I agree with another review, there's... More

We stayed here on a Classic Cities tour. It was an excellent two nights. Room was large and comfortable and seemed to have recently been modernised with new furniture and soft furnishings.Beautifully done. We had to leave early one morning and asked for breakfast at 6:30. Certainly they said but it will only be a simple meal. It was more... More

Stayed here as part of a Saga trip. Stayed 4 nights and cant say how impressed we were with the hotel, the surroundings and the staff. It is a great hotel, nothing was too much for the staff. Clean, well ordered and everything to hand. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice stay. Situated at the end of... More

Stayed 3 nights as part of Travelsphere Top to Toe Tour of Italy. Although clean, it is incredibly dated. The corridors are dark and dingy and totally uninspiring. The spa is 15 euros a day to use (apparently this was a special deal) but as there were 3 of us this would have been 45 euros a day. The Manager... More
