This hotel is value for money especially for solo traveller. The hotel is small and quirky and the owners are friendly. It is in a quiet area of the city but very near the main tourist sights. My bedroom was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel loaned me a bike for... More

Really handy for the city centre, castle and transport (NB Bologna airport bus), but in a quiet street. A very warm welcome, generous breakfast, comfortable room with a/c, free Wi-Fi. Ferrara is a lovely town to explore on foot, and has a good value 'My Ferrara' tourist card. We will definitely return!

We were not disappointed when we arrived at the de Prati. It is on a side street but very close to the down town area. We love these family owned hotels as they have an ambiance all their own. If you decide to visit Ferrara you would not go wrong if you booked this hotel. We were very pleased and... More

This small, homely hotel is a real find! Centrally located (but in a quiet street) it is easily accessible from Bologna airport; the "Bus and Fly" service takes 45 minutes and drops you close by. All the rooms have aircon, TV and minibar but if you can, go for the suite on the 3rd. floor (there is a lift) which... More

Stayed here for one night as part of a business trip. It was fantastic, the room was spacious and clean. The location is very central and makes walking into the town easy. They were also able to offer an excellent recommendation for dinner - Ristorante Raccano

Stayed here for four nights recently. Very conveniently placed and very reasonably priced for the quality of the place. Quirkly interesting decor, certainly no hint of the chain hotel about it. Breakfast decent. Staff were all friendly, and several of them speak English, if you find that helpful. Would be very happy to stay here again if we returned to... More

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Di Prati. We were in town during a holiday and the streets were filled with locals and tourists alike. We enjoyed walking around the open market and tasting the local foods and wines. Because we were centrally located we could enjoy the energy of the people and then take time to refresh in... More

We stayed two nights in this small, personal, family run hotel and loved it. The location is perfect for experiencing all of Ferrara's beautiful sights. The room was individual and comfortable with 'art' on the walls. It was spacious and perfect for us. The Breakfast Room was cosy and welcoming and we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee (made to order)... More
