I use this hotel for business trips and it is always a no-fuss, friendly, clean and tidy place to stay. The staff are always very helpful (plus they are fluent in English!). Rooms are quiet and breakfast is a nice spread too. Wifi can be a bit stretched in some of the remote rooms but apart from that, everything was... More

Stayed here on business for two nights the staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble, the hotel itself was very good with the rooms clean and tidy. The hotel itself was a little to far in the nights from the centre and it was quite dark when you lose your way, but I would still give this... More

I have to say that few days before the trip, the hotel staff called me proposing to change the room (4 beds) for a nicer suite accomodation at the same price. I've really appreciated this kindness. The suite was really large and comfortable, nice forniture, all clean and efficent. Nothing to remark. The Hotel is good located a closed to... More

A good hotel with spacious rooms, probably a bit overrated for what it gives. The bathroom not at the level of the rest (the shower is made of cheap material). the distance from the centre is ok by bike but can be a bit far on foot (especially after dinner in the dark the way is not fantastic). The first... More

We booked this hotel mainly because it offered parking. When we approached the hotel we were a bit concerned as it seemed to be in a shopping centre and we couldn't work out how to get into it. However once we got out of the car it was obvious and we were pleasantly surprised by the reception area which was... More

Warm welcome, professional reception, clean big comfortable room. This hotel is in a perfect position to visit the city (just take a bike at the hotel, it is free). I was just disappointed by the waiter that assisted me during the breakfast: impolite and unprofessional... Hope it was just a bad day for him.

I haven’t stayed in the hotel but I was impressed by the exception Mr. Noureddine Haddouch had made. I’d made a non refundable reservation for two nights in hotel Orologio but unfortunately my flight was cancelled. The credit card which I gave for the reservation had already been charged for the whole stay so after I explained the unpleasant situation... More

It's a hotel within a sort of shopping arcade. But once you go in it feels like a 4 star establishment. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very pleasant. The location is not ideal but there are free bikes and it takes about 5 mins to ride to centre and about 15 to walk. So if you can't... More

My wife and I stayed at Orologio Hotel in May 2012. The good: We liked the location very much. The hotel provided us with free bicycles, which allowed us to get to the main attractions in the center of the walled city in about 5 minutes. The hotel is attractive, nicely appointed lobby, beautiful high, wood-beamed ceilings, and roomy. The... More
