This hotel is very well situated in the center of town. Our room had a view of the Duomo which was very nice. The problem is that at night the bars in the Piazza Duomo are open very late and the noise can be a problem. We ran the fan on the air conditioner and it blocked out the street... more

Nasty management, no one to help with luggage, parking blocks away at an unsecured public lot, noisy room, dim lighting, room less than depicted on the website - need I say more?? We left after one night - rather dispute charge with credit card company than stay. more

We stayed here in late july and would recommend it. It's not big on cute , historical charm , but as a base to use in Ferrara it is very good. The room we had was huge , laid out in a very "american" way with loads of space and a mini kitchenette so you could store cold items etc.... more
