Simply put, it was quite possibly the nicest most satisfactory stay me and my girlfriend have ever had. The host couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, he went above and beyond what anyone would expect. Furthermore, the breakfast was THE best I have ever known anyone to provide, a wide selection of homemade cakes and bakes, as well as... More

This wonderful B&B is located right in the heart of the older part of Ferrara. The rooms are fantastic. The one we stayed in even had a private roof terrace - perfect for bringing back a bottle of wine and enjoying the sunshine. Pietro is one of the nicest and giving people one could hope to meet. He has excellent... More

We were so happy to find this wonderful B&B in Ferrara. Pietro is so welcoming and gave us a great orientation to the city with a map outlining different walking routes. Ferrara is flat and so easy to explore on foot or by bike. This location is perfect, on a quiet side street in the medieval area and 5 minutes... More

We spent two nights in this charmingly converted small house in the Ghetto district of this fascinating and lovely city - formerly ruled by the D'Este family. The enthusiastic and welcoming owner, Pietro, kindly collected us from the car park outside the city walls, and drove us through the narrow streets to the centrally located b & b, 5 minutes... More

We spent four nights with Pietro at his B&B. He met us at the train station and then gave us an enthusiastic account of Ferrara and its sites of which he is obviously very proud. Our room, although a bit small, had everything we needed, and it all worked well. The location is perfect - very close to everything -... More

Spent 3 wonderful days in Ferrara with Pietro in his beautiful b&b. The location is perfect with a very good family run restaurant just around the corner - the bean and pasta soup is a must try. As the other reviews mention, Pietro is an amazing host with loads of information and suggestions and his upbeat personality made this a... More

We were stopping in Ferrara between San Marino and Venice and what a delightful city and what a great place we picked to stay. It was hard to find the B &B but we finally parked our car in the public parking on the edge of the city and used the GPS to walk. What a charming place. The rooms... More

My family stayed here in July 2014 and it was the perfect choice. This small bed and breakfast (4 rooms) is well located on a quiet side street within the old Jewish Ghetto that's only about 3 blocks from the main square and cathedral. While we could easily walk to all of the historical site and parks, we used the... More

Three weeks in Italy and this was the best B&B experience all trip! The location, the kitchen, the rooms - everything was perfect! Peter was an amazing host!! He was great to talk to and shared a lot of great information about his city. I particularly appreciated being able to text him random questions throughout the day. And the breakfasts...the... More

This is a family run room and breakfast that was the best experience we had in Italy. Pietro and his sister Valentina were the most friendly wonderful hosts we had in our thirty day trip. Valentina provided breakfast of her own cooking or locally grown products that were fresh, a good variety and extremely tasty. Pietro picked us up and... More
