Sergio was a great host who gave us lots of great information and we enjoyed our time in Erice / St. Teresa so much and we will come back soon. Wonderful Italian meals & gelato. Outstanding Churchs and good shopping.

We spent 5 nights here in the first week of September. St Teresa is a quirky little gem of a holiday let, seemingly converted from a bottega (if we managed to translate it correctly!) and located along an atmospheric lane. Lovely idea to have a little enclosed loggia where we could sit with an aperitif and watch others walk by.... More

We have just spent 5 nights here and would highly recommend it. It is an old building, sensitively renovated in the heart of Erice. Sergio (owner/manager) could not have been more helpful guiding us in from the cable car station. Parking is close to the apartment, but does require carrying luggage the last few metres. The apartment is well appointed... More

We spent a week here in June, my husband, daughter, her boyfriend and myself and all had a truly wonderful time. It's the perfect location to escape to. Not only from London but from the busy beaches below. Whilst the temperatures soured on the coast below, Erice provides a cool retreat Sergio was the perfect host and Santa Teresa a... More

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Santa Teresa 2 and did not want to leave at the end of our 2 weeks! Be warned, when the weather dips in the mainland, it tends to get cold in Erice and since the heating is shut off after April I believe, the stone houses in Erice get chilly. This was... More

We rented the apartment from Sergio for a few days in April. We only ever give 5 star ratings to places where the hosts went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, sympatico visit. Sergio was an excellent host and the location of his lodging is very atmospheric, away from the noise touristy centre, but still close enough to offer... More

Santa Teresa was the best place to stay in Western Sicily (http://www.vacanzeagroericino.it/santateresa/appartamenti-vacanze-erice.html). Our host Sergio and his dad restored the old blacksmith shop in the heart of the city, now, a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, with kitchen, living room and spacious and modern bathroom. Upon our arrival to the apartment, Sergio had prepared a welcome snack, pastries typical of the... More

Sergio and his brother were both very friendly and gave us everything we needed to know about the town and surroundings. The apartment was very special and it was such a pleasure to be able to return to this apartment every day. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Sergio and his father refurbished the apartment and it looks new in this old medieval town. Erice was our favorite spot in all of Sicily and we spent a month on the island. We loved our three nights here and it was a great base to use for day trips around this part of Sicily. There is a wonderful restaurant... More
