We booked a room at Hotel Torino quite by chance, without knowing much about Italian riviera. We found the hotel located in a small touristy place, close to the beach. The hotel outside did not look promising, however inside the hotel everything was new, refurbished, clean and tidy. Hotel is some 100 metres from the beach, in pedestrian area (difficult... more

On a recent visit to the Italian riviera, I had the opportunity to spend a couple of nights - once again - at the Hotel Torino in Diano Marina. When I arrived, with surprise, I noticed that the hotel has just gone through a full renovation. Rooms are bigger now, halls are much more stylish and especially, now it has... more

When we arrived at this hotel the one person working there stayed on the phone for about 10 minutes ignoring us completely. When she did wait on us she told us they did not have a room available that fit the description of the one our confirmation showed we had reserved. After my sister got quite assertive about it there... more

Great hotel with perfect location, - a 3 minutes walk to the beach were we had sunbeds included in the room price. We only had B&B but the other guests said the food at the hotel was excellent. We can also recommend the restaurant Ristorante Portofino (Via Canepa 16/18) for it's service and seafood. Also check out ristorante Serafino in... more

My wife and I stayed at this Hotel for a week in August and were delighted. The service and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. The food was very good and the overall cost reasonable. We stayed on a half board basis at 60 euros per night each in high season. A good buffet breakfast is provided and a four... more

We went to this hotel largely based on the reviews. We were not disappointed. The service was good, the hotel location was very central. I would certainly recommend it. However, as we booked at the last minute, the hotel only had a small double available for us with no balcony (room 321). While this room wasn't bad, it was not... more

My wife and I stayed at the Torino for 4 days, from 22nd to 26th October. The weather could have been better, but the hotel couldn't! It must surely rate higher than a 3 Star. We stayed in a huge double room with fridge, balcony, and electric shutters, on a half board basis. And all this for only £65 per... more

We have stayed at the Hotel six times, the service is always the same-excellent. Each year the rooms improve-air conditioning will be a real asset. The food is superb! The fact that it is visited year on year by the same Italian families must support the view that the food is of a high standard. The only problem is booking-you... more

Great hotel. Fantastic service at affordable prices. One remark: I'll need to book in advance in busy periods (summer). more

Beautiful resort and a small and very friendly hotel in the centre of Diano Marina. Beach and train station are 2 minutes walk either way. Perfect location for visiting Monaco and Genoa by car or train very easily. Excellent value for money and nice local restaurants too. Courtesy bicycles from hotel for a leisurely cycle along the promenade. Try a... more
