I thought I was booking a Prestige Suite in a luxury Mountain Spa Resort, at a good rate because it was off-peak season. Actually, I was booking a very average hotel at a reasonable price. The website shows the "Suite Prestige" as having an upstairs loft bedroom. However, the hotel seems to class any suite with 2 bedrooms as a... More

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews but unfortunately it was our worst stay in our month in Europe. The welcome was warm and friendly but that's where it stopped for us. The room was dark, small and needed updating. It was stuffy with no airconditioning but we couldn't leave the window open because we were facing the... More

This was a quick one night stay in the Dolomites for us, 2 adults and two kids. We were drawn by the pool as my kids love to swim. Rooms were pricey but I did have 2 full bathrooms (one shower drain did not drain water well ) and a separate sitting room with beds next to the bedroom. Our... More

We were 5 friends that stayed here for 4 nights in march 2015. Even before we arrive Chiara and Katia were really helpfull with both lunch and dinner reservations and useful tips on good restaurants. And they didn`t disapoint, the restaurants were top of the line. They even fixed and collected our ski passes for us before we arrived. So... More

As mentioned in many of the other reviews, this hotel needs more work. I booked this from LuxuryLink without looking at Trip Advisor first (my bad), and now question why it was in their inventory (it is not luxury). The unfortuante part is that it would be an easy fix to make this place better...PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. From our arrival to... More

My sister and I lodged at Faloria on oct.4th 2014, on a 1 day visit to Cortina. We debated about where to stay....in town, in smaller hotels? Or just outside town with a pool and spa? .... the spa in this hotel won out....and glad we chose it, as Cortina was practically shut down cause it was off-season. As you... More

The hotel is quit outside of Cortina on a rather loud and dangerous street. The rooms are nice but rather small and the additional beds (sofas) are not very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel twice and were served very very small portions which were expensive but not very tasteful. The hotel-owned Spa is small but... More

Stayed here for our first abroad holiday in ten years. The hotel is in a good location - outside of Cortina, but still accessible. We had a suite which could best be described as dated and dark, far too much wood in the rooms. The suite slept two, with possibility to use lounge for two more. There were oddly two... More

My first stay at the Park Hotel was very pleasant. I had a family room with a little terrace overlooking the fields and the Dolomites - amazing. The room was very comfortable, extremely quiet, large bathroom with luxurious toiletries from London. The SPA ist a MUST, great pool. I really liked the gastronomic restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet... More

WE made our reservations before reading the Trip Advisor reviews, which are decidedly mixed - so we approached our stay with some skepticism. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased. The hotel IS a bit outside of Cortina center, so if you want a home base for walking around, etc this may not be the right choice. But the staff was... More
