Beautiful, tasteful property staffed by friendly multilingual folk. Amazing view of the Olympic ski jump lit up at night. Great rooms with views, fantastic spa/pool (a bit chilly for lounging), indoor garage. It's all lovely. Dining can be a bit hit or miss. In particular, lunch was a bit of a crap shoot. The most specific example was lunch one... More

I loved this little hotel. My only regret was we were only there one night. The views of the Dolomite mountains is incredible. When your there, take one of the roads up the mountains and get a view of the city from the top. It is absolutely amazing. You will love the spa area. If I had a negative it... More

All of the staff were excellent and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful with dark wood throughout and a large wrap around deck. Bathroom was European small but had great water pressure and a towel warmer. Food at the restaurant was good but not great. WiFi is bad if it even works.

A good hotel, decorated in style of the region. Comfortable, but nothing special. The swimming pool in the SPA was cold and the SPA Center in general was not children friendly. The saunas are excellent, but you have to go upstairs, after the cold swimming pool to reach saunas in a different area. We did not find the staff at... More

The rooms are Very small. They told us we had internet in the room and we never could get a connection only we got internet at the main lobby. Dinner is expensive and not very good quality for the price they charge. We had a Dog barking in the next room. The are so many hotels nearby much more comfortable... More

This is the hotel from hell. I don't know how stars are attributed in Italy, but however gave it 4 stars either never visited the place or it was done a very long time ago. This hotel has absolutely nothing in common with the other 4star hotel I stayed in in Merano. At the time I am writing this review,... More

Perfect mountain lodge feel. Staff was helpful and service was great. The spa area was beautiful. The breakfast area was a glass patio so we ate surrounded by the mountains on all sides. It was the perfect place to begin our vacation.

We chose this hotel thinking we were getting two twin beds which we were not. We did get a very large suite with two rooms and my friend slept in the second room. The shower was clogged, the latte machine broken, and our communication with front desk staff was often limited. The numerous waitstaff in the restaurant were delightful and... More

I thought I was booking a Prestige Suite in a luxury Mountain Spa Resort, at a good rate because it was off-peak season. Actually, I was booking a very average hotel at a reasonable price. The website shows the "Suite Prestige" as having an upstairs loft bedroom. However, the hotel seems to class any suite with 2 bedrooms as a... More

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews but unfortunately it was our worst stay in our month in Europe. The welcome was warm and friendly but that's where it stopped for us. The room was dark, small and needed updating. It was stuffy with no airconditioning but we couldn't leave the window open because we were facing the... More
