Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel in August this year. We had an economy room on the 5th floor. I only gave 3 stars out of 5 because the room had the tiniest windows and it was getting extremely hot at times. Also the sloping roof in the bathroom meant that there was a lot of head banging... A great hotel with some interesting historic collections, including a series of vintage motorcycles. We stayed one night in the old part of the hotel and one in the newer. Go with the newer if you can. Nice balcony views of the town and mountains from both the rooms we had. Great breakfast included in the price....for Italy. The highlight... More

We just spent one night here in August and received a very warm greeting. Our bedroom was on the fifth floor which may have bothered some (the lift only goes to the fourth floor) but it meant we had peace and quiet and a super view from the balcony. There's a relaxing bar area with happy hour and squidgy sofas,... More

Located at the southern end of the mall, in the central part of town next to the stream and close to a cable car, it's a great location. I had room 317. It's basic, kinda old but comfortable enough. View was excellent. Free breakfast was included. This includes hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon, and you can even boil... More

This hotel is situated in the heart of Cortina. It is more than 120 years old and their dining area is very classic and esthetically decorated. Rooms were not very spacious but enough for 2 occupants. Their bathroom was bit larger than the rooms. It had a good balcony from which the market place of Cortina could be seen. The... More

July 2014, one night. Got a room on the fifth floor - which was bad. No view as your roof is the hotels roof, and tiny windows. No aircon. No idea if other floors have better standards, but I would guess so. Elevator goes to the 4.th floor. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Great location for city center, cable car etc.... More

We, a family of 4 stayed in this hotel a few years ago with a large group for a week long ski trip. We like this hotel very much. We are particularly impressed by its restaurant that provides wonderful food. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the dinner after back from slope (Food was included in our trip). We brought back... We had room 102, a recently renovated 2 bedroom suite with a wrap around terrace with amazing views. The room was quite large with 2 bathrooms. It needs a small fridge for the children's milk (but they let us use the bar's fridge). The hotel is well located next to the main pedestrian street and a garden next door with... More

Went with family and this place was european efficient, nice touches, helpful people and close to skiing and the restaurants, and shopping. It was winner for wife, and two teens. We will consider again if we return instead of truing Switzerland.

Everything was just right. we loved our holiday and recommend you book this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough to help you. The manager was very informative with the delay we had coming home with the record amount of snow falling in 24hrs before. Food was amazing, hotel had great character. No queues for lifts or on...
