Rated as a 4 star, I would say more 2 /3 star . Rooms are very varied, all are dated. The service in hotel was very poor , breakfast option varied with each person you asked. There was also a rush to remove the wine at the end of the meal, even if the bottle was half empty. No information... More

We had an excellent ski holiday here for Spice London Social Group members in March 2015. There was 32 of us and other groups staying the same week. Food and service was to a very high standard, Italian style hotel which is what we expected. Most of the rooms were a good size. Great spacious bar and dining area. Added... More

Run (in winter) by the Brits for the Brits. Consequently no language problems. Comfortable, friendly & value for money. Yes it does need a wee bit of investment but this does not detract from the efficient management and the enthusiasm of the staff. All friendly and willing to help. Ample breakfast, afternoon snacks & dinner, with wine included. Excellent. Free transport... More

The hotel is definitely tired but this is not a problem because the images online show the age of the furniture. It is unforgivable that the rooms are not cleaned properly. This hotel is managed by Inghams who recruits lovely people who want to do a skiing season abroad but with no or little experience at all in hospitality and... More

If you like shabby hotels with broken furniture in main rooms and bedrooms, nowhere to hang your coats (unforgiveable), beds supposedly made, but look a little closer !! and a management that patronises when this is pointed out ..... then this is definitely for you. Justin C.

I went on an Inghams Skiing holiday with 11 others and we stayed in this hotel. It is a 3hr transfer from Innsbruck airport which is tiresome. The hotel itself is dated and some of the fixtures in the public areas are not exactly in perfect condition but there is comfortable seating, a nice wood fire and a reasonably stocked... More

Stayed in room 303 February 2015. The room had great storage, large bathroom with 2 single beds, which were super comfy. Food was fantastic and so were the staff, a very well run ship by Jo the manager. Great location right in town near all the shops, and very accomodating bus driver to drop you off at several locations, which... More

We stayed at the Victoria Parc Hotel as a group of 21 - with a mix of 12 adults and 9 children between 12 and 16. Overall, we were all very impressed by the space available in the very comfortable and very large lounge area with big fire and bar. Especially the pool table which kept many in our group... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week in January 2015 and had a really great time. It is a chalet hotel and there were a number of large groups staying as well and there was a really great atmosphere. The food and drink was good and the complimentary wine was very decent! Breakfast was tasty and efficiently served... More

Seven of us stayed here with zing hams in January 2015. The hotel was first rate we all had really good rooms on the fourth floor with balconies and decent bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The service at the hotel was excellent and the young zing hams reps / hotel staff were also superb. We have been skiing as... More
