This is a top chalet hotel and extremely good value. I have just returned from a weeks skiing there and despite the lack of snow in the resort, there was plenty of it on the piste, and as a result less people, so made for a lot of skiing which was perfect for my family. The hotel staff make this... More

We spent christmas at the hotel and it was fantastic, Joanne and her team made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much for them. The food was fantastic, head chef john and the team were amazing. It's difficult to remember all the names of the staff but thank you to you all, Joanne, Joanna, Jess, Craig, Jack, Greg,... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2014

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel in August this year. We had an economy room on the 5th floor. I only gave 3 stars out of 5 because the room had the tiniest windows and it was getting extremely hot at times. Also the sloping roof in the bathroom meant that there was a lot of head banging... A great hotel with some interesting historic collections, including a series of vintage motorcycles. We stayed one night in the old part of the hotel and one in the newer. Go with the newer if you can. Nice balcony views of the town and mountains from both the rooms we had. Great breakfast included in the price....for Italy. The highlight... More

We just spent one night here in August and received a very warm greeting. Our bedroom was on the fifth floor which may have bothered some (the lift only goes to the fourth floor) but it meant we had peace and quiet and a super view from the balcony. There's a relaxing bar area with happy hour and squidgy sofas,... More

Located at the southern end of the mall, in the central part of town next to the stream and close to a cable car, it's a great location. I had room 317. It's basic, kinda old but comfortable enough. View was excellent. Free breakfast was included. This includes hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon, and you can even boil... More

This hotel is situated in the heart of Cortina. It is more than 120 years old and their dining area is very classic and esthetically decorated. Rooms were not very spacious but enough for 2 occupants. Their bathroom was bit larger than the rooms. It had a good balcony from which the market place of Cortina could be seen. The... More

July 2014, one night. Got a room on the fifth floor - which was bad. No view as your roof is the hotels roof, and tiny windows. No aircon. No idea if other floors have better standards, but I would guess so. Elevator goes to the 4.th floor. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Great location for city center, cable car etc.... More

We, a family of 4 stayed in this hotel a few years ago with a large group for a week long ski trip. We like this hotel very much. We are particularly impressed by its restaurant that provides wonderful food. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the dinner after back from slope (Food was included in our trip). We brought back...
