Family run hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff Good breakfast - sweet and savory. Good size room. Fantastic view of the Dolomites from room and breakfast room. Car parking available. 10 minute to centre of village. Sturcture of building is timber and sound proof can be a problem at times..

We stayed for 3 nights in late May and found it a very enjoyable experience. We had booked a triple room but were delighted to find we were given a 2-bed apartment at the rear of the building. We even had a balcony. The views from our rooms were wonderful! The 2nd room was narrow with bunk-beds but the mattress... More

We stayed 3 nights mid May and enjoyed it immensely. The location allowed for uninterrupted views across beautiful green pastures to the Tofane and other mountains. We were given room 55, which was at the rear top floor, with a balcony which also wrapped around the side, allowing a view in the other direction. The room was spacious, very comfortable... More

We have been staying in this family run hotel at least once a year for the past 20 years. You cant beat the views, the kind welcome, substantial breakfast with great coffee, and the Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean, furnished in traditional StyleWriter. Its out of the center but a pleasant 10 min walk. If you are lucky you may... More

Stayed for one night and was OK. Nice, clean, big room and bathroom. Free parking area. Great breakfast. Yes, it's a 10 minutes walk to center area but it has a very good price / quality ratio. Would recommend it to friends

I've stayed at this hotel twice. It is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. On the downside, the decor is about 25 years or so out of date. Also, the hotel is in Cortina, but it is not in the center of town - about a ten minute walk from downtown. Basically, Hotel Villa Gaia is... More
