Pros: Clean. Very helpful front desk staff. Convenient location away from the "party centre" of the town. Nice charming, full of traditional decor. Spacious bathroom Cons: Not enough hotel parking. Almost always full. Paid parking next door €1/hr during day time. Loud noise every time guests upstairs flush their toilets. Can be very annoying at night. Wifi not reliable in... More

The staff is amazing and helped us in every question and request that popped up. The breakfast was good but above all this we want to say a huge thanks to the manager and the chef - we had the dinner of our life and you made our vacation perfect.

We arrived at the hotel after cycling from Olang to Cortina, and that was our one day with rain. You can imagine how we looked like when we arrived, we only stopped in front of the hotel to discuss what to do next to find a stay for the night when the front door opened and rooms where offered to... We decided for skiing in Cortina. The hotel is in a good location which allows a short walk to the center. The rooms are a bit small but otherwise clean and well maintained with beautiful views of the surrounding and the ski area. The only thing that bothered me a bit is a small parking space for customers. In the... More

Stayed for 5 nights, used the hotel as a base for skiing the area. This is a small, family-run hotel, with well sized, individually decorated en-suite rooms. Great balconies (same size as room) on 2nd floor, with beautiful mountain views. Quiet. Well, located, down-town, with good access by car and free parking. 300 m walk to the Faloria gondola and... Our family of four stayed just overnight here and while we encountered a bit of a stuffy attitude by the family staff members, overall the hotel is just right. We enjoyed a very good lunch at the restaurant and were lucky enough to have a bedroom for four on the top floor. We loved it! It was ozzing with Alpine... More

we had a one night stay at this hotel. The owner was very pleasant and the rooms we were given were quite comfortable although not too clean. but the thing that outraged us was that on our arrival (because it was late in the evening and we had driven from Austria) noticing that they had a restaurant inquired. She (the... More

If you're using public transportation you can't get a better location. We had a corner room and I didn't think it was small at all. Rooms are very clean. I was taken aback by the shower head not being on the wall, so you had to sit in the tube and use a hand held to wash off. This might... More

I disagree with the high reviews on this hotel for several reasons. First, I asked the staff questions on how to get to several hiking trails including a very popular one, the Cinque Torre, they did not know. Instead of trying to find out on how to get to the Cinque Torre, they looked at me in odd and demeaning... More

Dear, thank you for your visit. Our receptionist was born in Cortina d'Ampezzo and so he knows very well all the hiking trails including the Cinque Torri one and all the useful information about Cortina and Dolomiti more in general. Our staff is always polite and kind with all our guests and for that reason your claims are unreliable for... More
