Clean, cozy and easy to get to. Found the Villa to be a wonderful location to stay as it is easy walk from the train station and to the cruise dock. The self serve breakfast, while basic, was plenty and got the day going nicely. We would recommend Villa Susanna to anyone without young children. (Very quiet and not much... More

I used this place as a one night stop over before boarding my cruise ship the next day, Its very basic, its very clean and tidy, and very close to the cruise ship embarkation point, which is only about 10 minutes away on foot. So ideal for all you cruise lovers.

Despite us having a really good map, this guest house proved very difficult to find, due to lack of street name signage which of course is not the fault of Villa Susanna. However, probably the only good thing was the clean bed. We were allocated a room at the front which overlooks quite a busy road. Coupled with the incessant... More

We stayed at this small B and B prior to catching a cruise out of Civitavecchia. The room was large and very clean. We stored our bags there as we arrived very early and had our room at 12.00 noon. they provided free WiFi and a self serve basic breakfast. The owner was most helpful and very pleasant. It is... Villa Susanna was clean and helpful in ordering a taxi to take us and another family to the port. We shared the cost. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The location is good and it was interesting to walk around the area. The beds were comfortable and even though there was only a fan the room was quite cool.

Me and my wife stayed here before and after our ship cruise. In short, we can highly recomend the B&B for a stayover. It has big clean rooms, with aircon and the W Fi is working. The owener is friendly and helpfull. The B&B is really close to the station and port. To the negative side...for us it was,..the breakfast... More

Interesting is the best word to describe this accommodation. Virtually a self service B&B, we were in room 3, which has the external private toilet and shower room. It was an enjoyable experience and I think the do it yourself breakfast brings the guests more together. For one or two nights I would definetly recommend a stay at the Sussana... More

We stayed at susanna for one night stop over before boarding a cruise ship, the location is good for the train station (walking distance) and also the cruise port - We arrived later than we wanted due to trying to understand the rail system in Rome. but there was a lovely note advising us our room number and also the... We had reached late in the evening but finding this was not a problem because we were in a cab but the entrance did not seem like it would take us anywhere, we still went in and here started the self-service. The entrance had our code and room in it and we checked ourselves in without meeting/seeing anyone. The room... More
