This is a popular cruise ship departure port, so often the hotels fill up just before sailing time. In any case, this hotel should be a "last resort" if needed. The rooms are Spartan, roomy enough for a night or 2, with Spartan bathrooms and virtually no amenities. There is decent WIFI in the lounge only. The shower in the... More

We stayed in this hotel as a pre cruise night. Yes, the location is very good and the view from the room is nice if you have a sea view room. However, all the rest is demoralizing…. When we arrived, the grumpy receptionist needed some time before looking at us. Not a smile, no hello we had the impression we... More

Stayed here July 24 2014 in room 130 the night before my cruise left on the Celebrity Reflection. When I woke up there was blood streaks on the sheets and I saw an odd shaped bug on the bed. My husband and I didn't see any signs that we were bleeding so we didn't know what to make of the... More

very good location between Railway-Station and Harbor. We have had a spacious room with even a balcony seaside. Rooms on the "city -side" could be affected by the nearby Railroad. So make sure to book seaside. Clean and silent rooms. Breakfast is okay but you find so much better coffee just next door (Wish Bar/Café etc). Friendly staff and just... More

I loved this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were nice. Breakfast each morning was good and there is a bar on the deck of the 10th floor. The restaurant there was a bit pricey so we did not eat dinner. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and churches. It is close to the bus station... More

Although this was only an overnight stay, it was certainly not one of the better hotels in Civitavecchia. We picked this one based on prior TA input plus the actual location. However, this is an older hotel much in need of a huge dose of TLC. The sewer stench throughout the night was unbearable. On the positive side they did... More

I stayed here with my group of 20 people. We were on a Globus tour and they chose the hotel. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and some shopping nearby. Very close to the Bus Terminal and Cafes. Very clean, nice breakfast room, wonderful Rooftop Terrace/Bar with a restaurant and great views. I would easily recommend this property or... More

Booked a room with a sea view...and it was...a large room with huge balcony. So large, it was like a patio! Room had a minibar fridge, which was empty other than water. Great for us to cool our own drinks. The room had a 'walk-in' wardrobe. Buffet breakfast was good too. It was also quiet there! On my room booking... More

Great location, great view, large room and close to our ship port. Close to nice restaurants and shops. Hotel clerk was very helpful with wifi. Definitely recommend. As a stopover before cruise excellent value.

This hotel offers a perfect location as a stop-over before or after a cruise. It's next to the railway station and a short 5 minute walk to the entrance to the port where there is a free shuttle to the ships. The room was spacious, quiet and had a walkout terrace overlooking the bay. The bathroom was clean, modern and could... More
