This hotel is very close to the train station in Civitavecchia and also in the center of the city. Also close to the port if you are planning to start a cruise there. But this hotel has some bad things and good things too. Breakfast is included and is good. The key of the rooms are still in the old... More

Supposedly a 3 star hotel.. the droopy 3 stars on the hotel's sign look like they are about to fall off which just about sums it all up! Stayed here for one night (thankfully) for a work trip.Room was very basic and the bed was so so so so SO uncomfortable! The sheets were like cardboard and so musty. Had... More

I stayed at this Hotel on the night of the 16th due to an emergency trip and this was the only Hotel that had vacancies. Now I understand why. Don't believe the management photo's for one minute the guest photo's are much more accurate. The place is dirty, the rooms all smell musty the showers are disgusting and the beds... More

This hotel was booked for me by my company. They had no way of knowing that the photos on their website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the actual rooms. I shuddered when they gave me a very grubby 'tassel' key fob. This should have pre-warned me. The corridor leading to my room had two old vomit puddle stains, as mentioned... More

Spend a night at the Mediterraneo. The hotel is conveniently located between the cruise terminal and the train station, directly at the seaside. Staff is polite and friendly. That's about it for the positive feedbacks. Immediately when you enter the lobby you feel like you are back in the 70s or maybe 60s, with the only major difference that nothing... More

We had read similar reviews for this hotel as we had for our two previous hotels - dirty, unhelpful staff, no wifi in rooms. It is the opposite! It is very close to station and on way to cruise terminal. Staff were welcoming and helpful at all steps and the whole hotel is CLEAN! We had a minor issue with... More

Lovely Hotel situated across the street from the Sea. Rooms have all be refurbished, spare but comfortable. Expansive breakfast, wi-fi, flat screen tvs in every room. Located about two short blocks from the train station, a very easy walk. I did not find any of the problems listed by other reviewers. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed for one night before joining the ship. Great location right on the front overlooking the sea, but that's about it. Very tired, dark room, not enough lights. Rather limited continental breakfast, and a plastic spoon to stir your coffee, that really sums it up. The whole place could be so much better with a thorough cleaning a few coats... More
