Stayed for one night in June. It's an older charming "beach" hotel and it had kept the interior from the 60 (?) in perfect condition. It was like stepping back in time - in a good way. We absolutely loved it. Service in the hotels resturant was a little slow and arrogant. The restaurant had a beautiful view over the... More

Pool by the beach, amazing restaurant, friendly (at least by surprisingly low Italian standards) staff, and spacious rooms with functional air conditioning. Minutes from the port fir cruisers. I enjoyed this hotel more than my hotel in Rome (NH Villa Carpegna), which had been a decent hotel. Dinner was fantastic.

What does that mean? Some people clearly are glass half-empty types judging from other reviews, well we would prefer to tell you about the good stuff!... Yes Civitavecchia might not be the best Italian resort and more of a stopover point for cruising people, but we wanted a couple of days on the coast after the intensity of Rome, that... More

We wanted a few days by the sea to cool off from site seeing in Rome and this was perfect. Two huge rooms, clean and ours had a terrace and sea view. Large pool and really helpful staff with comfy sun beds and fresh pool towels. Straight into the sea off private steps, poolside bar that didn't charge ridiculous prices... More

This hotel has past its expery date. Some of the reception staff was even very rude. There was nothing to do at the hotel but swimming at one iof the two pools. In one which you needed bathingcap and the other which was closed for cleaning. The view from the terasse was wonderful but it was not enough for us.

I only wished that I had booked an extra night here! Very good staff helped with early check-in and help arrange transfer to my cruise. Pool and breakfast staff were terrific and I loved my balcony with a view of the sea. Great place.

This hotel is super charming. No it is not a lap of luxury but who is expecting that in Civitavecchia. My guess is you are only in this sweet gem of a town if you are passing through or getting ready to board a cruise. However, with that said this was one of our favorite nights in Italy. The staff... We spent one night in this 4 star hotel but I think it was more like a 2,5 star hotel. The room where we spent our night was very old and would need some paint, new floor and new furnitures. Shower would also need curtain because after the shower the toilet was all wet. The service in the restaurant Le... More

We (party of 4) spent one night at this sweet hotel before our 7 day cruise. We arrived early 4 hours before check in time. The hotel staff were very accommodating and we were in our rooms within an hour. The rooms are brightly decorated with a subtle beach theme. Very bright and welcoming. Our rooms had a little balcony... More

We stayed here prior to a cruise,so it was an easy commute without having to be in the city of Civitavecchia. 4 euros each for a taxi transfer to the cruise port, which is a huge spread out area. The hotel reminded one of an icon of the 50's or 60's but still in nice shape. The terrace for dining... More
