This hotel is situated within walking distance from everything. The staff welcomes you extraordinary well and shows you everything you want to know. The rooms are clean and nice, with a fridge, which is nice when It's hot and you want Your water cold. I gladly recommend this hotel. I will also send a special Thanks to the staff who... More

The Taxi driver had no problem finding this hotel it is about a half mile from the cruise ship port. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for dinner and gelato. The hotel is older and not fancy, but clean. The rooms are very small and not a lot of amenities. We felt very safe... More

My wife and I were very pleased with this choice of a B&B. The room was nicely appointed. No elevator, but the staff carried suitcases up and down the stairs, so it was not a problem. The staff was so very happy to please us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was very good. I can... More

My wife and I stayed one night before a cruise and I was very impressed with the little hotel in the heart of the old town Civitavecchia. The staff was VERY welcoming and helpful. They accommodated our early arrival and even offered us breakfast before we had checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was... More

My husband and I backpacked Europe in the summer of 2011 and our boat came into Civitavecchia and we were tired, HUNGRY, and somewhat put off from our recent stays in Barcelona & Paris. The lady who greeted us at the front desk could not have been more of a gem! We instantly loved her for she spoke almost no... More

I do not give it 5 stars because it is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. Rooms and bathroom are large enough for 3 people, and the staff is super accommodating. When you check in you get maps and instructions on how to get to restaurants that meet your budget. They suggested as a more $$$... More

We stayed in this hotel the night before we departed on our cruise. The room was clean, and spacious. The shower was very small. I'm small and found it tight...Even by European standards, I think it was small. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made some wine recommendations for us and we found a... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before going on a cruise. Anna at front desk friendly, pleasant and very helpful.
