Very nicely run hotel with exceptionally helpful and personable staff. The hotel is very close to the railway station and only 50 metres from the free shuttles that take you to the ship. Room was clean, comfortable, good air conditioning and an excellent shower. My only regret is that I did not stay longer, but thank you to the staff... More

We stayed in the hotel before leaving on a cruise. The hotel is a two minute walk to the shuttles that take you to your ship. The hotel is clean and well run..Giuseppe was wonderful and always helpful!...and the included breakfast was adequate if not sumptuous. Our room was on the small side but perfectly fine as a night before... More

The room was very large, with a large balcony. Great view of the cruise ships coming in. Old decor but very comfortable! Value for money was great! Very central to the main sights, but even better for us- the cruise pick up free buses. Literally across the road, was so easy to find! The staff were very helpful, even walked... More

While this hotel is nothing fancy, it is very convenient for those on a cruise. We stayed for two nights prior to our cruise. It's exactly as promised. The air-conditioning works though the wifi was very wonky and didn't work very well. It had trouble connecting to any of our Apple devices. If you insist on staying in Civitavecchia, this... More

100 yards from the cruise terminal makes this the place to stay while in Civitavecchia. It isn't the fanciest hotel in the area but the rooms are clean, great AC, there is Wifi, free breakfast and right next door to the best pizza in Rome (Titta's). Staff is very friendly. If you're going on a cruise, THIS is the place... More

Nice and close to the cruise port (we took the MSC Divina ship). Shuttle bus was right across the street, very convenient! Staff always answer any questions you have. They are very friendly and polite! Would definitely visit again. Has WiFi available too!

Picked this hotel based on reviews. Couldn't have been closer to the cruise ship terminal -literally wheeled our cases over the road to the pick up bus. We opted for the private taxi organised by the hotel. Well worth it - very smart driver and car collected us from the airport and it only took 50 mins. Rooms are clean... More

Basic but clean hotel but what makes this fantastic is its location. Ideally situated for pre-cruising as less than a two minute walk to the complimentary shuttle buses. Free wifi was a bonus and breakfast was more than adequate. Many bars/shops/restaurants all within a 10-15 minute stroll. Would definitely return if we were to board a cruise ship at Civitavecchia... As many have stated before this hotel is perfectly located for that pre-cruise night before stop. Less than 5 minutes walk from the port shuttle that will take you to your ship. The 11am check out is handy also. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were lucky to have Room 402 which has a balcony with a perfect view... More

I used this property for just one night after landing in Rome and before boarding boat to Sardinia. Worked out perfectly. It was if I was a month long guest regular. Super service from Guiseppi & his front desk team.. Could not have been more helpful & accommodating. Charming is the right word to describe it because its an old... More
