My friend & I recently made a pilgrimage to Abruzzo. Being Catholic, it was important for us to visit sucj places as the Volto Santo (Veronica's Veil) in Manopello, St. Tomas' relics in Ortona, and the Eucharistic Miracolo at San Francesco in Lanciano. With a car, we easily completed our pilgrimage with the help of Anna and her GPS. Everything... More

I have been stopping at the Quadrifoglio for about 10 years now, every time I am in the area. The accommodation is clean quite and comfortable, with a homely atmosphere, with hot water and heating in the winter. TV and wifi. Anna is always on hand if any problems arise, and guests can come and go as they like, during... More

Anna Marie welcomed our family to her wonderful farmhouse. Located on her farm/fattoria with its spectacular views and olive groves, leaves you breathless. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms and baths. So close to the beaches on the Adriatic, Pescara, and the amazing National Forests, especially Maiella. Our family opted for her amazing homemade dinner meals several nights. Great variety, all fresh from... More

Views very good and house easy to get to once you find it. Meals o.k., breakfast very limited and soon runs out if you don't get in early, we were given biscuits when toast ran out. What could have been a wonderful stay was ruined by dusty rooms and threadbare towels in the bathroom. We put suitcase on top of... More

The Agrituristica Quadrifoglio is a lovely building that needs some attention. We would suggest that things be kept a bit neater inside and out so one's first impression would be, wow - this place is attractive, neat, clean and well cared for. The house is a lovely, spacious building with lots of possibilities if small details are attended to, i.e.,... More

A totally different experience - like staying with an Italian family. Not the easiest to find - get a good map of Chieti, but delightful once discovered. We had a reasonably-sized room with a great view and free run of the gardens. The evening meal was taken in the main house with the other guests (mainly Italians but 1 other... More
