This place was a blast from the past! Very nice old man at the front desk; he was extremely pleasant and helpful. Dinner service was beautiful and top notch/five star... even brought out the silver! Excellent front bar and café. Rooms were somewhat outdated but nice; they fit the style and genre of the place. Would definitely stay here again... More

Great friendly people. We felt home staying here in this beautiful hilltop city. Right from checkin to checkout the family staff sometimes went extra mile to make our stay comfortable. They guided us to go where and what to do. Rooms were clean and comes with a spa bathtub. Breakfast was adequate for italy standards. Hotel has connection with nearby... More

The hotel is in the “thermen” part of town with lots of big luxury hotels. There is not much to do in the evenings outside these hotels. The parking of the hotel is a bit cramped but you can park on the streets overnight for about € 2,50 as you don't have to pay between 20:00-8:00. (January 2014) The hotel... More

This Hotel is located just minutes walking by the main Spas. The staff is very nice and welcoming, always willing to help. They gave us every sort of explanation about the area, the "Terme", the restaurants, and so on.The structure is a bit old fashioned, the design is not very stylish but it still has every sort of facilities. The... More

We were welcomed at reception and everything was prepared and ready. I then asked how to access the free parking and without hesitation the person offered to drive the vehicle around to the hotel parking area. The room was fantastic and dinner was available in the hotel. Dinner was an interesting affair with a bus load of tourists also dining... More

This was a beautiful hotel, with a great rate, including breakfast. It is conveniently located near the hot springs/spa and near a quaint cafe. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal with a wonderful friendly staff and tasty local food. We initially were greeted by a man who's family owns the villa associated with the hotel, and he was the... More

My first time in Chianciano Terme and after following the reviews was so happy to find everything beyond expectations. The room was lovely with a gorgeous view from our window, close walk to some beautiful little restaurants including Tribeca which is an absolute must. The owner Giampaulo (hope i spelled that right) was so lovely, spoke English, gave us amazing... More

For the Siena/Chiusi area the town of Chinaciano Terme offers a great number of hotels. We chose this one and stayed 4 days from its TripAdvisor rating and weren't diappointed. Room was large, spotless and daily service good. We ate breakfast, a lunch and a dinner here. All were excellent. The owner Giampaulo was great, showing us where to go... More

My daughter and I had wonderful time in Grand Hotel Milano in Chianciano. We really felt ourselves at home. The owners and staff of the hotel were very friendly and hospitable. They kindly helped us with our numerous requests as we do not speak Italian. They remember our names – it was so nice! The rooms are fresh and spacious... More

We visited Italy with a tour group, so we didn't have a choice as to where we stayed. That said, this hotel wasn't bad at all. The beds were a bit firmer than what I'm used to, and our room was cold at night, but we found that by running the hair dryer, it helped quite a bit. The staff... More
